We had to wait for along time for our food. Then they missed our meal and did t even make it. We had to wait even longer. Everyone else who were waiting too got the wrong things or something was forgotten. Too many young kids working here taking care of their friends that came in to eat hang out instead of paying attention to doing their jobs. Worse service ever. We will not go back.

Worst place ever came in on Aug 6 at 320pm a guy with long blonde hair was up from taking orders he had white substance on his nose and he was slurring his words this is unacceptable the food was nasty the place was dirty I don’t know what’s going on here but I think yall have a drug problem that y’all need to address

I usually don’t share bad reviews. And it’s not a bad review about the restaurant as much as it is about the workers. I had a tough day today moving my mother into an assisted living facility and had been on the go all day long since early. My daughter and I were exhausted and decided to go through the drive thru at your store in St. Albans, WV. Being tired and worn out, I ordered my meal and my daughter’s meal and remembered after pulling up to the window that I didn’t order 4 pieces of chicken as I was supposed to order. I asked the gentleman in the drive thru if I could possibly add the chicken to the order and he was kind to accommodate me. When he told the cook in the back that I added 4 pieces of chicken to the order, I could hear him berate this gentleman and tell he no he wasn’t going to add the chicken that “She’s just gonna wait or drove back around and order it!” He screamed at the poor man at the drive thru. I spoke up and said that it was my fault not to scream at him for doing his job. And he screamed back at me to drive around. Instead I went inside to pick up my food and ask the kind man at the drive through who the man was in the back that was screaming at him and who the manager was. To which the drive thru man told me, “Ah well, he is the manager.” I have worked in public service for many years and continue today as I work in healthcare and have never experienced anyone talking as poorly to their coworkers as this. So called manager was.
Shame on him. We need to do better people! I will probably not eat there again if this man is still working there. What a shame.

Went in to eat this afternoon, there was only one employee managing the drive thru and the front counter. The doors and windows in the front were dirty. Placed our order, paid, and went to get our drinks and find a place to sit. Every table/booth was dirty so we asked to change our order to go. While we were waiting, the employees in the back were tossing the to go order boxes up in the sevice window and the lids were popping open. A drive thru customer walked in because her order was wrong. When we received our order, the front staff opened our two boxed meals to check they were right and then bagged them. When we got to the car I checked our orders and they were both missing the hush puppies. So, I went back in to get them. The doors going out were nasty, I used my foot to push the doors open so I wouldn't have to touch them. Ridiculous! We will never visit the Saint Albans store again. The food looked and was cooked properly but I sure hope we don't get sick. I would call the manager to complain but obviously that is the problem.

I usually only use reviews for good but hate lazy people. Store is supposed to close at 10:00. Came at 9:35pm. Two guys had the doors locked already. We were behind someone in the drive through and talked to him. They had left him sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting. We drove around to check front, had the doors locked and they tried to hide from us through the glass windows. Middle aged bigger bald man Blake shirt with tattoos and younger kid in a white tshirt. After we drove through Wendy’s beside there the fat bald guy was laughing looking through the window. Pathetic excuse for workers.

Worst place for in the world for service waited 35 minutes for food to come to us while others folks waited 49 minutes and some an hour. 2 couples got refunds and left. All the kitchen was worried about was the drive thru and door dash. We asked to speak to the manager Mike and he would not even come out and speak to us. I will never go there again. No apologizes were made, no explanations and no refunds.

I ordered 2fish and chicken dinners with loaded baked potatoes and a 4 piece chicken dinner we had to wait for long time to get our food then it was cold and the potatoes had been setting the cheese was hard the chicken was hard.i would have told them there but i knew there would be a scene cause my husband would have went off.crew wasn’t very friendly.one boy was trying to do inside and drive threw.here’s some pics of the food.i come there a lot and never have had any issues.
