Ordered an Ice Cream cake for my Daughter in laws party to celebrate her Grad School Hooding from Marshall University. The order was taken correctly and made days in advance. Sadly the quality of the decoration was sad and to misspell on a cake is ridiculous especially since the order was written down by another employee correctly. It’s so embarrassing to be celebrating years of hard work and dedication to have the cake become the thing you need to hide. We did scrape the horrible “M” off that was supposed to look like Marshall University “M”. We then covered the area with store bought decorations. However the misspelling of the word CONGRATULATIONS was unfixable. Money not well spent. Cannot recommend. Included the before pic and the after pic. Still could not add the “s” that was left off of congratulations

I had a mobile order placed, and let them know at the counter I had placed it. They cleared out the entire drive thru AND line inside before ever starting our order. It took over 15 minutes past the expected time. Another customer said she had been waiting for 20 minutes past their expected order time. Won't be back to this location anytime soon...

Had DQ for lunch and it was really good! The table I sat at was clean, did not go into the restroom so I’m not sure how it looked, but I do know that I got the flamethrower combo meal and it was excellent. It had plenty of sauce and toppings were fresh. The fries were hot and fresh. It was ready not long after I sat down. I was pleased with the service, the employees were very friendly.

For starters the bathroom was very unsanitary with poop in the toilet, second she drooped ALL the peppermint flakes on my ice cream, third there was HAIR in my ICE CREAM, AND the tables are SOO DIRTY AND DISGUSTING and the bench seats are teared UP and DIRTY and broken🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Okay just spent 28.00 on 4 hot dogs, 2 fries, 2 drinks...the hot dogs was the worst hot dogs ever. Taste like can chili, the hot dogs was salty, the slaw tasted like aluminum. I would not recommend this place as a good tasting hot dog at all. Sorry but we will not be going back to try it again, 2nd time was enough and nothing had changed for the hot dogs.

Had three different Blizzards for a night cap to Labor Day! New Blizzard menu has Reese Cup & Cookie Dough. Got a bit crazy with mine and did a Heath Candy bar with Cookie Dough! Super nice staff & quick!

I used to love DQ the price of a hotdog with hardly nothing on it cost 3.75 that’s insane I won’t be back to this one and if the rest are this way I’m out I’ll find somewhere else to eat and the food was cold af and the place was a little dirty this probably needs to be looked at to he people here are vary rude and hurried me to make selections
