Usually have a good experience here! I remember when they had the 5 buck lunch which turned into the 7 dollar meal deal. Sometimes the drive thru takes a while but the food is always good! My husband and I love the strawberry cheesecake blizzard!
A little pricier than our childhood. But definitely worth it.

Some of my favorite things: Sauced and tossed honey bbq chicken strips, chocolate malt, pretzels and snickers blizzard. The service is better than anywhere else(except chikfila) but occasionally a bad apple gets in and for unknown reasons just gets angry. An employee brought our food to the table while I was making a drink and I nicely told her we needed a side of honey barbecue and she pulled it out from under the fries and strips(sorry bout that couldn't see it) and slams it on the tray then slams the tray on the table in front of my family. I have no clue what could've made her mad. I never saw her before this. Everyone else was professional and nice. There were a lot of staff today, a Saturday. The staff here are usually sweet and patient and keep the line moving and the line is usually long because the food is so good. This place tops McDonalds and Wendy's and everywhere else(except chikfila of course).

I love Dairy Queen. Especially the blizzards. I eat ice cream all 4 seasons. So I had to come and see what the hype was about with the pumpkin pie blizzard. It was FIRE!!! Im addicted. It was so creamy and good. It’s seasonal so I’m a learn how to make at home 😂but this DQ never disappoints. Service and food is always a 10

Love there cookie dough blizzard would alwwys come here for that, dunno if they still have the white gravy with the chicken tenders box if they do that gravy is the liquid of the gods seriously dip you chicken and fries in it thank me later.

This Dairy Queen is the best around. My wife and I live near the Elkview one, but would rather drive to the St. Albans location, as the food is ALWAYS fantastic. Kudo's to the owner, manager, and staff. You guys really run a business to be proud of.

Ordered an Ice Cream cake for my Daughter in laws party to celebrate her Grad School Hooding from Marshall University. The order was taken correctly and made days in advance. Sadly the quality of the decoration was sad and to misspell on a cake is ridiculous especially since the order was written down by another employee correctly. It’s so embarrassing to be celebrating years of hard work and dedication to have the cake become the thing you need to hide. We did scrape the horrible “M” off that was supposed to look like Marshall University “M”. We then covered the area with store bought decorations. However the misspelling of the word CONGRATULATIONS was unfixable. Money not well spent. Cannot recommend. Included the before pic and the after pic. Still could not add the “s” that was left off of congratulations
