I get overcharged for hidden menu blizzard items every single time I visit the Saint Albans location. Then I asked about getting overcharged just to have the guy be rude to me and still overcharge me again even after stating he would not. The fries were old and the chicken strips were dried out. Not even worth going to this place anymore!

This is the slowest drive through I've ever been through in my life. Every time I go in this drive thru I wait 15+ minutes on average. Food is always good and staff are nice. You are better off just going inside to order vs going through the drive thruDietary restrictions: There are a couple of lactose free treats

I went through the drive-thru. Placed my order 2 hot dogs ($5.00 )& reg onion rings($3.79) $8.79+tax. When I got to the window they had 1 hot dog ($3.19) & onions ($3.79) I explained the order was wrong. The girl said they would make the other dog which they charged me another $3.19+tax.What should have been $8.69+ tax turned into $10.07+ tax. I explained that I was being overcharged and she couldn't figure what to do. I asked for a manager. She was also stumped. Finally she said she could do a refund and a recharge which she didn't do correctly either. I just told her to give me the tickets and I would take care of it later. Customers behind me were very upset. Simple math us not a strong suit for young people these days. It is SAD. In the end I was undercharged. She only charged me the 2/$5.00 dogs. I give up.

Honestly the ice cream was good as always don't get me wrong. But why does my blizzard look half eaten already? Like what is that! I was 9th in the line tonight and got to the window pretty fast. Which I was happy about but now I think it was because they were only filling cups half way up.
The employees are always friendly and the food and ice cream are always great. There aren't very many places that always have a staff full of teens that so consistently has such good service and friendly, helpful employees. (Actually, that goes for places that aren't staffed by teens as well.) We're lucky to have this DQ and its people here in St. Albans!If they would go back to not buttering the TX toast that comes with their chicken baskets (or buttering it before they toast it? I don't know), everything would be perfect. That's literally the only thing I could think of that I don't like.Parking: Limited parking, but there is a lot across the street at the Family Care call center — they aren't open in the evenings.
