KFC

It was not a pleasant experience, arrived at 12:06 p.m.. to pick up some lunch. I ordered a crispy whole wing meal to be told they only had one wing. Would I like something else. So I took the wing and drumsticks. I ordered a 3 pc tender as well. The chicken wasn't fresh. The biscuit was hard, and the tenders were dried out. This used to be my favorite KFC in my area. How do you not have fresh food at lunchtime?

When I arrived I waited 15 minutes for a worker to acknowledge me. When I asked for my pick up order I was told to wait since they were making it. Another 8 minutes later I was told they had cancelled order. I didn’t receive a email or phone call that it was canceled, but I did get charged for it. I wasn’t given a reason for the cancellation and while I will call my bank to get the charge cancelled. I would just recommend people go somewhere else. Judging by the workers attitude they would prefer people go somewhere else as well.

Service was good and fast. Worse chicken I’ve ever had from this restaurant. I won’t eat there again. The chicken was old and dry. Horrible!

Do not order sweet tea past 7pm nasty ?
And if you order a chicken sandwich past 8pm expect chicken tenders instead of Breast ?? (not bad tho)

Placed an online order. Arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes later, after the estimated pick up time. We were told they were waiting on tenders and it would be about 8 minutes. Several minutes after that we were told they didn't have any original recipe chicken breast done and we could wait 6 minutes or get different pieces of chicken. We opted to wait, which got us an eye roll from the employee. 5 minutes or so later we were told they would have crispy chicken ready in 3 minutes if we wanted that instead. The food there is always really good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. It's a chicken place that rarely has any chicken cooked, so much so that we usually choose to go someplace else rather than deal with the hassle.

Always clean and well lit. Staff is kind and helpful. We ordered the two piece meal each. Added Mashed Potatoes & Cole Slaw. Realized we only get one side. But we ordered extra. This is more a corporate issue-but the biscuits are not what they used to be. Large and flaky. No more. We know prices are high but your biscuits were the best! Maybe you should go back to rolls? Just a thought. Maybe some ambiance in the dining room? Great meal tho-we were very pleased.Otherwise-Close to gasoline and route 60. River access for a quick bucket on the river. Have supported since I was small. Thank you for being open!

Food priced to hight! To much grease and size cut way down. Don't waste you time going there. At one time was pretty good. 1 star !!!!!!!.

The guy working the counter tonight at around 7:40 this evening has some killer customer service skills. If he’s not the owner he needs a promotion. Normally I hate the fast food atmosphere due to the amount of apathy. This guy rocks.

Really good. And it was very fast. The lady was really nice. We got the chicken strips, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, biscuits, and the large chocolate cake. All was delicious. Will go again. A+

This review is more for the food served out of here than the employees. For the most part, they are very friendly and quick. The food, however, is always subpar. Ordered the “Chizza” today. Well, the half version because the whole version is $12.99! Basically, they just cut a chicken breast in half, add some pizza sauce that has no flavor and then add Mozz cheese that isn’t melted while topping it with stale pepperoni. Why is the cheese not melted, but it is on the picture? Gross
