Service was awful. They had a bad attitude while serving and did not get us the right food that we ordered. I do not recommend this place. Super long waits. And The girl who was helping us order was not nice. She had a terrible attitude and it didn’t seem like she cared. None of these people seem like they wanna work here they should all quit. unless you wants to wait 50 minutes for OK food and terrible service don’t come to KFC.

Service was complete crap until one gentleman came in . He was not a manager or shift lead just a tall dark hair slim build kid in his 20s maybe, but soon he got there after we'd been a half hour already he got the orders slammed out. The drive thru had been wrapped around the building since before we got there. Saint Albans has the best chicken and Service. West side is absolutely terrible all the way around. Kc manager is rude and hateful to the delivery drivers, and your food will be cold before you start eating slow slow slowĺ

It's a mystery what you'll get and it'll take 30+ min. This store plays the can you pull up game everyone loves. Sometimes they will pull you to a parking spot and forget you. 30 minutes later when you ask for a refund it magically just came out. Wow!! No apology from the manager just a warning it'll take 5 days to get your money back. Cool!!! Make sure you check your order too. 1 out of 5 trips it'll be right.

Longest wait time ever

mobile order still wasn't ready after being marked ready on the app. Received half of the order. Had to return to the store and wait another thirty minutes for the other half. The chicken was so over cooked you couldn't tell the difference between original and extra crispy, mashed potatoes were runnier than the gravy, the corn was taken directly from the can and not even heated, and the pie poppers were still frozen in the middle but otherwise drier than dust. The only hope left was the chocolate cake which was at least edible. I don't normally complain and I'm not a very picky person but I kind of expected a little better for an order that was over $80. Also, it was not busy at the time I was there so I don't really see a valid reason as to why everything was just so bad.

I'm really getting tired of not getting what I order here. I order extra crispy & get original recipe or vice versa. I double check & am told I got what I ordered only to get home & find out different.
