Unreal shopping carts just broken down junk carts been this way for years. Don't think it's going to get better. They will not pull the bad carts out of the pile of junk carts they have. Plain just give up on them to fix them. Go to South Charleston Kroger store 5 stars.

Don't bother trying to go to the service desk at this place, it's always closed. Apparently they only have one employee that runs the thing, and if that employee isn't there you can forget about anyone helping you. they're too fat stupid and lazy to do anything. the store manager is completely worthless, and no one in this store cares about the customer!! If I could give zero stars, I would... Disgusted

Some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at this store. Front end employees have the absolute worst attitudes I have ever seen. I mean how hard is it to manually enter in a coupon or check ID for an alcohol purchase. To make matters worse, I placed an order for curbside pickup and half of my stuff wasn't even in bags. The half gallons of milk, 2 liters of pop, BREAD, coffee creamer were all just thrown into the trunk of my car loose. Pretty sad that I don't want to shop at this store anymore. Oh, and good luck getting a job! I put an application in over a month and a half ago, had my interveiw, and never heard a damn thing. I was even in the store after the interview and a manager stopped me and asked for my information to send back to the company for a SECOND time and still I have yet to hear a damn thing. Guess I will be going to the South Charleston or Dunbar locations going forward!

The worst store in the area. Sad we have to drive to other countys to get anything. Tried to go to this store to get 3 simple things and the entire time we were here and employee walked in front of us, processed to be on her phone, run into a shelf we went to go around her, then she went in front of us again. Finally got around her and went to get a case of water here she came and just stood in front of it, so when something was said to her, she said well I'm entitled to do what I said... Um yes your job!! We left to go give another store our business.

Convenient for area residents. They have worked alot to make the store alot cleaner, and the produce has taken a turn for the better. Just wish they kept more Hawaiin bagels on the shelf lol.

I'm sorry but if your cashier Seth doesn't want to do his job he shouldn't be there.. He was very rude and rough with the fresh produce I had bought not to mention he definitely needs to watch the bagging video I once had to watch as pre employment requirements back when I was younger and worked there.. This was my first and last trip to this St Albans Kroger.. I'll drive elsewhere to get my groceries. Very unhappy costumer.
Very nice grocery and supply Kroger! Gasoline pumps as well! Fresh baked goods in bakery. Excellent cuts of proteins. Nice deli area. Floral area. Fresh produce and fruit. Wine and Beer aisle. Very clean inside and out. Close to route 60 that takes you to interstate ramps. Local park across the street

I spent almost $20 on a ribeye this morning. When I got it out at dinner and flipped it over it was rotten. The sale by date was for tomorrow. Never buying meat here again. High prices and low quality.

I’m a truck driver. I turned in at the McDonald’s (in front of Kroger) and went right, in front of the Kroger then left towards the back. That way I’m set up to back into the dock. If you miss the turn it looks pretty rough and.. I actually missed the turn and u-turned at CVS on the left. I showed up right at closing but he still unloaded me and was very nice and polite. Thank you it was a rough drive. Shout out I think his name is J Hodges. #recieving #dockdoor #truck
