I 1000% recommend this bakery. I purchased my wedding cake from them and it was AMAZING. It looked exactly how I imagined it looking and it tasted really good. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. Everyone at the wedding that had a little bit of it also said it tasted amazing. It was probably the best cake I’ve ever had. Thank you soooo much 🤍

We got our sons smash cake + cupcakes for his party from here and they did a wonderful job! They were responsive, professional, and gracious - the cake itself was DELICIOUS. Party goers were fighting over taking leftovers home. Will definitely be using them again for future events 🩷🩷🎂

My daughter ordered and paid for the cake she had picked out for her birthday party over a month in advance of the day of her party that was to be picked up at 2 pm. The day OF the party we were called to say it would be later than planned due to short staff, multiple other orders and Mountaineer Day. It took a phone call from myself back to let them know this was unacceptable. It wasn't like she had ordered it the day before, it was a MONTH before. She changed the pickup time back to 2 pm, but certainly wasn't nice about it and was put out that I had even called her out on the fact that her business problems were not my problem. We expected the cake at 2 pm as promised as the party was set shortly after that time. I was not the one who went to pickup the cake. The owner had attitude with the person that picked up the cake as well for the inconvenience of having to rush to get a cake done. Cake is cake... we can get that anywhere. Customer service goes further for return customers.

They did our wedding cake and it was absolutely STUNNING & tastes so amazing it was so fluffy and just sweet enough. We had vanilla cake with mixed berry icing on the inside with Vanilla on outside I believe and all of our guests remarked on how tasty and beautiful it was 10/10 recommend

Went there for the first time today and I got Oreo cheesecake, Reese , and wedding cake cupcakes. I will say the Oreo cheesecake one is one of the best cupcakes I’ve ever ate the others were phenomenal but the Oreo cheesecake is something else. Staff was polite and explained menu and pricing to me will definitely be back

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Lil Bit of Heaven did the cake and macarons for our wedding; they also handled delivery and setup. Teri reached out to me the day before the wedding tracking the weather and updated her delivery time based on the changing forecast to ensure the best time for delivery and setup; I so appreciated her care and concern for this, as I wasn’t even paying attention to those details! The cake and macarons are the absolute best around, not to mention how beautiful they are. Teri and her team are so fantastic to work with; very grateful for them and our experience!

Not only are they the most amazing bakery in West Virginia but they're the most amazing people. The team there is always working hard to make EVERYONE feel welcome. And there's even a sign showing ALL are welcome. So trust me, if you are looking for some amazing baked goods and a great set of people go to Lil' Bit of Heaven. You will not be disappointed.

I couldn't speak more highly about this bakery! Every person has a smile, so professional, extremely welcoming! A huge supporter of community, inclusivity. Hands down the utmost supporters of the LGBTQIA+ community, and being a from the small town of St. Albans in West Virginia - those kinds of businesses are hard to come by! Keep up the all amazing work you and your company does!

I was harassed for being there with my partner. We are both female presenting, and were made to feel like scum, simply for being in love. I do not recommend going in here if you are part of the LGBTQ+ community. Very dissatisfied.
