This place use to be so good but now the pizza is so greasy it’s dripping out of the box when they hand it to you and the bottom of the box is soggy from the grease. I’ve spent a ton of money here but never again.

I have wanted to try Marco's for a long time but I'm beyond dissappointed. My pizzas were burnt and dry, just horrible, even my brownie was burnt. They were closed by the time I got home and I was too busy to deal with it the next day so I just threw it away.

Went last night with my neighbor she ordered boneless wings and they were very small pieces like it was the end of the bag or something not to even be considered a boneless wing.Was out of fountain drinks and what was available was flat. Tables were dirty and food under the tables and also no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. This is her favorite pizza place but with the ways things are going she won't be going back.

I ordered large half cheese & half pepperoni pizza. The first one I got was totally mangled in the box. I called and complained and they offered to give me credit. I told them no this was my dinner for the night so they sent me the second one which was half way slid out of the box. I order from them all the time and never had a problem. I literally live walking distance from them. I showed the delivery guy the first pizza and he made some lame excuse because of the kind of crust it was. I gave it too him to show the manager. He was also the guy who delivered the first pizza. I should have opened the second box before he left. If my 5 year old wasn’t hungry and wanted to eat I would have sent it back to. Not a happy customer they had their chance to make it right and failed.

My Aunt order pizza tonight and it was absolutely ridiculous the way her food was delivered. I’ve work fast food all my life & I understand a mess up but this was completely unacceptable!!

I order from Marco's Pizza in St Albans and usually really good pizza and delivery. But last night 4/28/25 around 5/6 o'clock, we ordered a deluxe pizza and a specialty pizza, what I order regularly. Now I usually love the pizza but last night it was terrible, awful. The pizza looked and tasted like they were made by people who hate their jobs! Had to put them in the garbage. So disappointed.
Great pizza and super friendly staff! I eat here at least twice a week!

I have to say that I'm glad I did not go by what some of the reviews had said I'm from Florida and I just wanted somewhere close by and marcos pizza is literally across the street. So I took a chance and was surprised I didn't understand what the negative talk was about bc my pizza and calzón was delicious. I loved it I would definitely recommend marcos pizza.... Before I go back to Florida I will be eating there for the last time...... Price was good I couldn't complain good deal...

The food is not the best. And it cost a lot. This place makes feel like a dine in $5 pizza place. But the food cost way way more. And the food isn't as good as it cost. If it cost less it wouldn't be so bad to me I give it a 4.5 out of 10. Oh and the don't have any sweet tea big 👎🏽👎🏽. Who does that.

Asked for well done and my crust to be seasoned and to put garlic on crust . Picked up pizza noticed no garclic on crust so they fixed it and gave it back to me . Mind you I’m in a dark pickup truck and it’s snowing and dark out , I figured it would be well done but once i got home my pizza was barely even cut and it was dang near raw dough . I had to cook both of my pizza in my own oven and cut them
