Food is decent here, employees need to be trained better on customer service. I stood inside for 10+ minutes at the pickup counter before someone spoke to me, had time to chat with their coworkers at the counter but no one said a single word to me. I could count 5 separate employees who looked me in the eyes, passed me, and didn't even bother to ask 'Do you need anything?' while I watched my order get cold on the counter. Maybe I should've spoke up, but I never try to rush employees or seem rude. I just wanted to see how long it would take for someone to acknowledge me and it took over 10 minutes and that's actually ridiculous because no one else was waiting for pickup and you all were GENEROUSLY staffed

Like I've stated before I usually just do negative. But this is one of those where I need to do a positive one. My boy Dom at the saint Albans store is the glue from what all I can tell. Always knows the right answer no matter the problems . He has a awsome and could use some recognition **********************

UPDATED The past year I've been to this crap hole they have always made me pull into a handicap spot to wait on my food. (Bigmac sandwich) even if I am the only person in line UPDATE Still exactly the same 8 months later... medium big mac meal took 21 minutes.

Stole my money. Mobile app allowed order. Got to location and it closed. Pain to even find the contact for customer service and got the run around. No apology nothing. That was ten days ago. This is something that should automatically be refunded. Will never go to any McDonald's ever again until my money is returned. Complaint to the Attorney General in the meantime - shouldn't have to go that far.

The food is always pretty fresh and the employees are typically quick to take your order. This location is rarely filthy, outside of the smell near the fountain drink location. All in all, it's consistent at the least. Always there where you need a quick dinner or lunch on the go.
Parking: At least 15-20 spots, with an entire shopping center in the same parking lot. There's never a shortage, and is perfect for groups on a coach bus.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible for the entire experience.
