Slowest drive thru in the world , they park you everything , then you get home and your order is screwed up , so after wasting gas waiting on your food , then you have to waste more to go back and do it all over again , I never have this issue with any other mcdonalds I go to , managers always setting outside smoking , whomever the GM or owner of this location needs to crack down and get this location back up to par

Eh the flavor spikes then falls but it's kinda filling but it has been preserved for a bit.
Updated Review: Oh boy, do I have some new words for this. McDonald's was NEVER my favorite. Cheap, disgusting food made to be affordable, is no longer affordable! You can order a meal at McDonalds, or take that same money, and get a higher quality meal at a sit down restaurant. Do NOT go to McDonald's unless you TRUELY somehow like their food.

Have to park and wait every time even if I am the only person in line. They park several cars then the first person has to wait until last person food is done so they can bring them all out at the same time.
I get a five meal deal and tell me how the hell do you not put that main thing in there? no sandwich paid 10$ cause I got 2 5 meal deals and barely got any food AND TO TOP IT OFF IT TOOK THEM HALF A HOUR TO GET ME MY FOOD

Food is decent here, employees need to be trained better on customer service. I stood inside for 10+ minutes at the pickup counter before someone spoke to me, had time to chat with their coworkers at the counter but no one said a single word to me. I could count 5 separate employees who looked me in the eyes, passed me, and didn't even bother to ask 'Do you need anything?' while I watched my order get cold on the counter. Maybe I should've spoke up, but I never try to rush employees or seem rude. I just wanted to see how long it would take for someone to acknowledge me and it took over 10 minutes and that's actually ridiculous because no one else was waiting for pickup and you all were GENEROUSLY staffed

Like I've stated before I usually just do negative. But this is one of those where I need to do a positive one. My boy Dom at the saint Albans store is the glue from what all I can tell. Always knows the right answer no matter the problems . He has a awsome and could use some recognition **********************
