This McDonald’s sucks. I doordashed 30 nuggets and they told me “oh well that sucks” even though they’re the ones that forgot it. Couldn’t get refunded for them at all. The food that did arrive was not good. It was all cold.

Food was good, the service was so so. I had to ask like four times if anybody was there when I pulled up to the drive-thru before someone answered and then they were very short with me, it takes very little effort to say and do the right things for good customer service. Someone that needs to remind their workers of that and enforce it.

I ordered 4 mcribs plain only BBQ sauce. Was handed 4 mcribs completely plain with no BBQ sauce so when I took it back in to ask for sauce on them the cashier was rude by saying well when u say plain that means nothing on it. My response was that I requested plain only BBQ sauce on all them. He rolled his eyes as he told the cooks she's not smart enough to request only sauce instead of plain. When the manager asked what was wrong the cashier laughed n said she asked for plain n that's what she got now she wants sauce because she's not smart enough to say it. Everyone laughed and I told manager that they were being very rude, and inconsiderate n that they shouldn't b speaking like that. Manager just laughed n said we got a Karen who needs to learn how to speak. I just grabbed my food n left. Bawled my eyes out in my car. I just went through the death of my husband and now being called names, n very hurtful words. I will never go there again

Slowest drive thru in the world , they park you everything , then you get home and your order is screwed up , so after wasting gas waiting on your food , then you have to waste more to go back and do it all over again , I never have this issue with any other mcdonalds I go to , managers always setting outside smoking , whomever the GM or owner of this location needs to crack down and get this location back up to par
