Drove 10 minutes, food was instantly ready, was hot, and tasted great!!

Didn't understand their menu and what I was trying to order so I ended up having to buy a $5 vanilla blast instead of a $2 vanilla cup. Also, not the fastest, as usual for this Sonic.

This is the worst restaurant ever. They have a drive-through, but they don’t answer when you pull up to the speaker.. If you try to drive onto the window, they tell you to go around back to the speaker which they won’t answer.

Please Lord give me the strength to ensure this! 40 minutes for two drinks and a small order of mozzarella sticks? I could have gone to Krogers and made them myself by now!? What is up with this location, I've seen icebergs from the viewing deck of a cruise ship move faster.

I don't know if it was a bad day or what but the server had not only double charged us for food we didn't order, but never brought out the one thing we wanted 2 of (a double bacon burger for my husband and I) and then were charged for a 3rd time for it...

our order was supposed to be out at 5:03 we didn’t get it until 5:20 and then had to wait back in line because they didn’t give us any sauces we rang up, forks, or our tots we ordered. we tried to be patient but once we had to wait in the line behind one car for an additional 10 min it got a little ridiculous.

Was meant to get a pick up at 4:15. Waited 30 minutes, multiple people around us received their food before us, and I had to call the store itself to tell them they never brought us our food. After in the app it said they already brought it to us. It is always something with this sonic and I don’t think we will be coming back.

I ordered a quarter pounder, large fry, route 44 cherry limeade with extra cherries, and a medium cookie dough blast. And here’s what they gave me: some sort of breakfast burrito, small tots, medium cherry slush, some sort of grape cream slush, and a damn corn dog? How do you mess this up that bad, and the prices are ridiculous. And just seeing through the window the place is disgusting. Pull it together Sonic! For shame!
