They made our uber eats order wrong and the guy on the phone was very rude , and told me that there was nothing they could do about it and to contact the driver whenever they messed up our order . I added pictures of the sub it's definitely not a 12" sub. Would not recommend ordering from here.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Was refused service at 8pm because I didn't wanna use the drive thru. (Front door locked)If you don't watch them make ur food there it's never right. If your employees are in that big of a hurry to close up at night sounds like you need new employees. You missed out on over 100$.

Will not order online for this location. Has been wrong every time. Went in instead and several people came in to pick up an online order brought their food right back because it was wrong. Took 5 minutes to even be acknowledged when I went into the store. Just bad service from this location consistently.

3 workers and it takes y’all 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches? I pulled in and there was only 2 customers inside one already eating and the other was ordering, a lady pulled in before me , waited forever and then my turn (pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 9pm) guess what I pull up and they haven’t made it ! 9:30pm takes them 10 minutes to do the 2 sandwiches with 3 employees ! I think this should be a sign for the owner to look at their employees took two looking at the dang order to just make it! Are your orders hard to read ? Or are we being buddy buddy and making a one person job into a two person job ? news flash all that was on the subs was banana peppers not a bunch of toppings don’t know what’s hard about that. I’ll be going to the cross lanes subway from now on. Thanks for the “best” service ever. ?

I ordered a Meatball sand and it took at least 25 mins. They wasn't even busy. Young kid took my order didnt ask what i wanted on the sandwich. I order light sauce and when i unwrapped it at home it was HEAVY sauce and stuck to the paper. Worst service i have received from a Subway.

Ordered the new Pickle-ball Sub & it was so tasty! We asked him to cut our 12 inch into 4 pieces & he took care of us! Close to gasoline & route 60. Fresh selections.
