They miscounted the orders AGAIN. They need to learn to start count how many twist and tacos I ordered. I paid extra for that.
They open when they want.

My boyfriend and I went through the drive-through just a minute ago and the person who rang us up was Andrew H. From the beginning he was very rude and not welcoming at all, he was too busy talking with his co workers that he stopped talking mid sentence and then got mad when we asked him to repeat himself. He needs retrained on not only his customer service but basic manners as well.

I usually do a mobile order and pick up in drive thru. It’s pretty quick most of the time! I try not to go during the busy hours. Usually never have any issues with the food or staff! Food is always good, staff is friendly! I do wish on the app, it would update if they were to be out of something like a drink or special items but that’s an app problem not a store issue!

I had went with my step dad and mother, and the way they barely fill hard shell tacos is a rip off. They barely put anything in them, so you're basically eating the shell. I didn't pay for just a shell.

The nacho fries at this location are super bland, you might as well be eating a raw potato..

The biggest problem with this Taco Bell is the puny fillings and quality of the food. The tacos are filled with about 2 tablespoons, not even joking. The crunchy tacos literally are so empty that the taco shells touch. Several times I have ordered chips and cheese and got only crumbs, literal crumbs, not exaggerating one bit. This new manager must really be trying to conserve inventory. We went to a beautiful Taco Bell coming back from Malibu Jacks in Kenova, between Huntington and Ashland. Their tacos reminded me what I'm missing. They also had a fantastic cravings box with tons of choices. The SA cravings box has really changed for the worst. I thought the new SA manager was turning this restaurant around but I don't think so anymore.
Why bother ordering boxes when they aren't even going to put the correct items in each box. They also don't give you your sauces and your food will be cold.

Went in drive thru not busy on Sunday afternoon. The employee that took my order repeated it twice, so you would think that my food would be made right. Sadly it wasn't, my husband isn't allowed beef due to illness, every item we received was beef. So basically we wasted money because we no longer eat beef. Turning around wasn't an option because I had an appointment. Very disappointed with restaurant, hope they figure it out.
