I usually do a mobile order and pick up in drive thru. It’s pretty quick most of the time! I try not to go during the busy hours. Usually never have any issues with the food or staff! Food is always good, staff is friendly! I do wish on the app, it would update if they were to be out of something like a drink or special items but that’s an app problem not a store issue!

The biggest problem with this Taco Bell is the puny fillings and quality of the food. The tacos are filled with about 2 tablespoons, not even joking. The crunchy tacos literally are so empty that the taco shells touch. Several times I have ordered chips and cheese and got only crumbs, literal crumbs, not exaggerating one bit. This new manager must really be trying to conserve inventory. We went to a beautiful Taco Bell coming back from Malibu Jacks in Kenova, between Huntington...

Went in drive thru not busy on Sunday afternoon. The employee that took my order repeated it twice, so you would think that my food would be made right. Sadly it wasn't, my husband isn't allowed beef due to illness, every item we received was beef. So basically we wasted money because we no longer eat beef. Turning around wasn't an option because I had an appointment. Very disappointed with restaurant, hope they figure it out.
