Ever since the ownership changed this place has went down hill, the food is now at a higher price for crap food. One of the employees i believe her name was beth was extremely rude and i just dont recommend this establishment anymore i used to love going everyday after work but with the terrible service i have received i will no longer be going

The Tap is great! We were here a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time. The manager is so nice and knowledgable. They have an excellent selection of WV craft beers & WV ciders. They also do cocktails, sangria, and have a good selection of bourbon. We have had a charcuterie board (very nice), their Buffalo Chicken dip (it’s delicious), and Potato Skins (tasty). They have burgers, bbq,, sandwiches, and some other appetizers on the menu. We are here tonight and they are having a costume party from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Come on out to The Tap in downtown St. Albans.

My first visit since "The Tap" in St Albans opened with new owners. About 24 beers on tap with most from local WV brewerys. The Cosmo was great, cold and not too sweet. Patrick, the bartender was friendy and knowledgeable about all the brews and cocktails. Best cheese sticks & maranara sauce ever!

We were traveling through and wanted Sunday brunch and bloodies! Found this amazing spot in St Albans low key downtown area. We were honored to meet Amanda today who was running the bar and table orders like a champ! The food was delicious! I had the breakfast pizza with hot honey drizzle and the freshly made skillet monkey bread with homemade frosting. Everything was delicious and now honorable mention is the purse hook in the women’s restroom!!! Why doesn’t every restroom have this! ❤️

Atmosphere was great. Service was ok, but the food was very bad. Had a hamburger that tasted worse than any I’d had in decades. My son had wings and they were dry and flavorless. Maybe needs a new chef/cook?
