We traveled to Saint Albans to visit family and were very impressed with this Tim Hortons location. The service was friendly and the staff was kind and helpful. The food was also delicious. Thank you!

Came through drive thru and my entire order was wrong. I called to tell them and they said “ok?”. Told me I could come back through if I wanted. I explained I was already a few miles away and he said, “oh, ok”. Pay attention. I just wasted $12 on items I will be throwing away. And clearly it was just another day at Tim’s for those folks. They were neither surprised, nor concerned.

I stopped at this location awhile back to get coffee and lunch while I stood there I had to use the restroom i had to relieve myself I went in the men's room and it was disgusting there was feces all over the toilet walls and floors so I knocked on the womens door nobody there so went in and while relieving myself one of the employees knocked on the door and stated they were going to bar me from the property the way I see it if they were doing their job and keeping the restrooms cleaned in the first place but no big deal I will never spend another dime at this establishment
This Tim Hortons is incredible if you like to be surprised. I've stopped here several times and placed several different orders. The coffees are usually pretty decent, and the pastries are on point. But if you order food, be prepared to get the wrong order.
I've ordered bagels and cream cheese in the past and it's a crapshoot as to whether or not you'll actually get a decent amount of cream cheese, a thin layer of cream cheese, or so much cream cheese that it spills out into the wrapper. Want your bagel toasted? Forget about it. That's not going to happen. Want to order a scrambled wrap? Maybe your eggs will be scrambled, maybe they will be fried. Maybe you won't get eggs at all. Want to order a farmer's wrap that's fully loaded? Maybe you'll get a farmer's wrap with so much sauce that it's dripping down your arm. Maybe it will just be a standard bacon egg and cheese wrap. Maybe they'll give you sausage instead of bacon. Maybe you'll get the hash brown and maybe you won't.
Want an Oreo ice cap? Maybe you'll get one. And maybe you'll get some weird mystery concoction that looks like it might have Coca-Cola in it and has fizz for some reason....
I think next time I stop to place an order I'm just going to tell the kitchen to give me whatever in the hell they want to because they're going to do that anyway.
Regarding the request to contact: I have. It seems the service only gets worse! Unfortunately for the town of St. Albans, it's Timmy's or nothing.

They somehow always get food wrong. Pastries and such are usually pretty good and the drinks quality depends on what you order. At one point we ordered an Oreo ice cap and ended up getting some strange fizzy mystery concoction that tasted like the mixed coke, chocolate syrup, milk, espresso, and who knows what else. It was genuinely disgusting. Otherwise drinks are okay or good. My brother doesn't like egg but any time we order a wrap, bagel, English muffin, etc, and request NO EGG they add egg. It's not a big deal we always take it off, but still the point stands. Another point we ordered an English muffin with sausage and cheese and they gave us a croissant with sausage and cheese? I understand if you are out of English muffins, but let us know before sending out the order. Ask if we'd like to change it.
Whenever I order a farmers wrap we never get sauce, or we're missing an item on the wrap. Example: Farmer's wrap with no sauce and no bacon, sausage, or hash brown.
Another time we ordered avocado on toast and we got a piece of bread with the smallest amount of avocado and so much everything bagel seasoning it was inedible. Another time we got a TOASTED bagel with extra cream cheese. It wasn't toasted and it had hardly any cream cheese. Are you afraid of the toaster?
We've honestly stop going here.
In summary: I absolutely don't recommend this place, they always mess up your order and the food sucks. If you want a cheap drink this place can do. Or a muffin they're good. Otherwise don't.

I strongly urge you to avoid Tim Hortons in Saint Albans due to their egregious treatment of vulnerable customers, particularly the elderly and those with disabilities. To illustrate, a disturbing incident involving my 73-year-old father, a disabled veteran with mobility issues (who is the sweetest old man), exemplifies this concern. Despite purchasing three meals with beverages and behaving courteously, he was callously instructed to leave the premises by a supervisor, forcing him to wait in extreme heat while my mom attended to their vehicle. Additionally, I would like to note that the restaurant was empty, yet he was still asked to leave. This action is unconscionable, especially given his mild demeanor and lack of disruption. That said, this incident raises profound questions about the establishment's priorities and commitment to customer care. By withholding support, customers can hold this business accountable for treating patrons with dignity and respect. As a concerned citizen and daughter of an affected individual, I urge others to join me in boycotting this location until meaningful changes are implemented to ensure professionalism and empathy in customer service. You have lost our business. I am disgusted. Feel free to spread the word.

This location forced an elderly customer (73 year old disabled veteran at that.) to leave the restaurant during the hottest weather so far this year despite him purchasing meals and drinks while his wife attended to an errand. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Layla was extremely rude. A drink that they had messed up on and I get lectured about needing to pay for the next drink even if it’s wrong. I’ve never not paid for something that I’ve ordered! I totally understand if they have a new worker or messed up on my drink (things happen), but a customer should get what they paid for. I go to Tim Hortons at least once a week with my kids and get the same drink. It has never been a problem. It always taste the same. My last two drinks recently has had almost no espresso in it and all milk. As a customer, I should be able to address that my order is wrong without someone’s ego being challenged. Shutting the drive-through window in my face was very unprofessional and the reason I am writing this review. Where has the respect gone for customers let alone an adult?!
