Go to Dairy Queen. The service is way better, like chikfila quality plus the line moves faster and they have burgers plus the chicken strips and ice cream are so yummy
The manager offered to replace my meal for free. I did not ask. I just wanted her to know my experience. Now she says no I don't write names down.
I spent a long time in line and when I got the food, I asked normally for the sauce we ordered but the drive thru attendant agreed like she didn't want to give it to me. I only wanted one sauce for each meal for the nuggets. I asked for more napkins after they gave me 2 napkins for 5 meals. She hands me 2 more. I had to ask for napkins 3 more times and get them 2 at a time. I asked if they were short on napkins. She says yes so I offered to give them back but she said no just take them and leave. And she never gave me straws for 5 drinks. I worked fast food before and the rule was 2 napkins per meal. I don't know what the attitude is for. I simply, nicely, politely asked for napkins. Something made her mad and I don't think it was me. I called back to tell the manager who called herself Stormy and she said she'd write my name down and would replace my order and asked me every single thing I ordered. I called back today and she said no we don't write names down. After how i treated last time I have no desire to come back to this location especially when there's 2 more locations in convenient places for us. We are treated far better everywhere else especially Dairy queen, Five guys and chikfila to name some favorites

Spent about 35 or 40 minutes in the drive thru line. Finally order and get my Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, Son of Baconator, and a large fry. I really don't know what to say. That was some of the worst food I've eaten in a while. Think the fries would have at least been made within the last week I think the bag it came in says it all...

I don't normally leave reviews and I'm usually pretty patient. But being a Dasher and going to this place in the evenings is a nightmare. The line moves super slow. I waited 40 minutes for an order I get $5 on, then forget the drink. The staff have a zombie vibe and kinda shut down. I had to stand outside the window, be ignored another 10 mins, and then she hands it to me, no care no I'm sorry nothing. Just rude. I get you don't want to work. Neither do I. At least be considerate. I was steaming mad at this point, but took a breath and kept my cool and said thank you with no response. Perhaps there is more on their end. I try to have compassion as I'm one to know people suck, but they are part of the sucking. Not a good experience here. It's extremely slow every single evening it seems. Not a pleasant place or staff or much help.

I do not think I have witnessed a slower employee doing the job. All the employees seem to have a station and can not deviate. Multitasking is not a word used in this establishment, ONE thing at a time. Thanks Kristin for finally getting my tiny burger out.

Sam is a manager who hates his job and lies . I was hung up on and lied to 3 times cause I asked for 5 butter packets after spending 30$+ in his restaurant. Never again and I will be contacting corporate. The worst I've ever been treated in my 40 years of eating fast food..

First and last visit, ordered 2 chilis, a hamburger with pickles only and one baked potato. No napkins, no utensils to eat with and no cheese on the chili as we ordered. I will skip this place and leave room for the people that eat their food like a dog
Honestly this is like the 8th time they’ve forgotten/ messed up our order I’m very disappointed as someone who works in fast food you are waisting so much product I did not ask for and they forgot my fries last time my boyfriend got attitude from one of the workers cause they didn’t wanna give him the boo book he paid for and they never customize the food the way I order it which is upsetting , I would love to eat here more if the staff was nicer and actually got the order right :)
