I have NEVER arrived here and my order been ready at the time stated on the app. Sometimes all I order is bread and have had to wait over an hour for my order.

Went for my mom's 91st birthday. Great food she loves the sweet potato loaded. And a worker lady came by herself and sang to her happy birthday. She was so happy. Thank you. Next will be 92 years she's can't wait still in good health. Little slow walking but overall good to go.

Mind blowing, was there over the weekend with Family. Very disappointed, We got our salads and appetizer, then waited on our food... when they brought it out it was 5 plates of meat only, all 5 of us ordered loaded bake potato of which we didn't get. The reason was that they ran out. They didn't even bother to ask if there were anything else they could replace it with. Just a plate of meat. After about 10 minutes we started seeing bake potato's on plates walk past us. Just SMH. I am a big fan of TRH but will never go back to this one.

Our waiter was attentive amazing and all around awesome. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were also in outstanding order.
Our server Rocky was so funny and helpful! He was very personable and gave us all the deets on what’s new. He made our experience so much better!!! And hooked us up with hella rolls. Give this man a kiss on the lips!!

We went here to eat. Was told 5-10 minute wait. After 20-25 minutes, I watched them take 3-4 groups ahead of us that came after, about the same size as ours. Left and went to Longhorns! Won’t go to Texas Roadhouse again

Typical Texas Roadhouse, hard to beat and food was still good. But let's talk about the server Katie. If you happen to go to Texas Roadhouse and have her as your server. Just go ahead and leave. She was so horrible she is literally the only waitress I didn't tip. Especially if you have kids, she will look over you. Just trash.
