I see some of the reviews, but I have to admit that the food was hot. The service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I really enjoy being able to get customer service or someone means the service that they are providing with a big smile on their face. Thank you to the awesome Burger King staff in Summerville, West Virginia. We will be back again!!

I’ve been going to this Burger King for years. Well over a decade to be exact. At this point, I can not over look service that I received today. I had large order for dine in this afternoon. I specifically asked for two plain cheeseburger kids meals in my order along with others as well. After receiving my food, I noticed I was never given the five apple juices, medium drink, or the lemonade as well. I asked for those which were given to me upon request other than waiting on the lemonade again. My children informed me that their cheeseburgers were not plain. I took them up front and asked if they could be remade plain. The cashier asked someone in the back to get them remade. An individual in the kitchen responded with something along the lines of; “I make it the way it comes up on the screen. I’m tired of wasting money on…”. This was all said in a very disgruntled attitude. This was all a simple miscommunication. There was no need to get upset over this issue. It’s sad because I favor Burger King over all other fast food restaurants, but I’m starting to second my decision with this particular one.

Welcome to BURGER KING WITH NO BURGERS. They said we have croissant breakfast. Sorry I am going to bakery for croissant. I don't know any pizza store with no pizza on many. You are ridiculous.
