I used the drive-through. While I ordered items listed in the Value Menu category on the net, I didn't specify VALUE MENU when ordering, so I was charged a higher amount on every item. My mistake (unless the menu on the net needs to be updated)! Everything was good, food hot & drink nice & cold (but more ice than needed). People @ the drive-through were polite & pleasant. The food was faster than I'm used to in pgh. The food was very good , it has a large parking lot and it's very clean, it's nice and cold on a hot day to get out of the heat of a long drive. Restrooms were clean
