I come through hardees quite frequently. Kloey is my favorite she always welcomes you with a warming smile and a happy demeanor. Everyone there is quite pleasant except for one person. Teella is the name on the shirt of this particular employee. She is always extremely rude and making snotty comments at other employees. It is usually just her and one or two other people when she is snotty. Im assuming these other two people are not mangers because of the way she talks to them. I would not put up with this kind of behavior if i was a manger at this establishment.

The quality of this location has diminished. Food wasn't nearly as good as years past. The drive thru was jammed up with people waiting for extended times. We ate in dining room. They were running out of food items and had lack of structure.

Hash rounds were cold, my frisco breakfast sandwich warmed, not toasted, so it was pretty greasy. The staff was friendly, but either there wasn’t enough of them, or they’re suppose to focus on drive thru and no so much on dine in.

I ordered two biscuits And gravy and told her that I have a coupon when I drove to the window she took the coupon and took the discount off just one of the biscuits and gravy. I look at my receipt it cost more than if I had not gave her a coupon at all. When I inquire they said they didn't give refunds and he didn't even know how. I didn't want a refund I just didn't want to be over charged.
Fast friendly service. Food was well prepared.
