One of the worst “fast” food experiences I have ever had. Waited 10 minutes to order them 25 minutes to not even get our food! Asked for a refund and left. Was never reassured or offered an update on our order or an alternative. No sense of urgency and just all over a horrible experience.

My daughter had tonsillitis and had not been able to eat hardly anything. We finally talked her into mashed potatoes and the mac n' cheese. She ate all of it and then tried the chicken, she said it was a little dry (as if it was at the bottom of the pan or set there to long). Either way, I'm just grateful my daughter was able to eat something....Thank you KFC!Kid-friendliness: It's a nice sit down "family oriented" restaurant. I will definitely be taking my daughter back!
