We ordered 10 pizzas as we were at Summersville Lake Resort campground with a bunch at our family reunion. Got there early and they were indeed hot and ready. Great, courteous people and their driver helped me out with taking them to my truck. They were a hit with everyone. Thank you!

Honestly, I think this is the best Little Ceasars I have been to. Most Little Ceasars never have pizzas ready. I'm not sure if I've ever come in for a Hot & Ready and have to wait here. I do NOT like doughy crust, and they always get my pizzas done. Friendly staff as well.

Hours posted on the door says it opened a half hour ago yet doors are locked. Employees that are inside refused to answer the drive thru speaker. Tried to just go to the window and Waited 15 minutes behind another truck. Never once saw the window open. It’s suppose to be “hot-n-ready”. Completely wasted my lunch break to get this and still ended up with no lunch and no time to go elsewhere.

Everytime I go through the drive through I end up waiting 20 - 40 mins. I asked what they had ready and was lied to when they told me a lunch special was ready. I was late back to work while waiting in the drive though. Another time I went through the drive though and was asking to park out front and they would bring my pizza to me. I waiting 45 mins ans finally went into the store and they had sold my pizzas to another customer and had to remake mine. Terrible service. I will NOT be back

I made an order on their website THREE hours in advance and still had to wait a other 20 minutes to pick it up. I won't be ordering here again that's for sure. Even their "hot and ready" pizzas aren't available, you have to wait 15 minutes on them as well. The pizza isn't that good to have to wait this long
I called in an order and was told 15 minutes. I waited 20 before I went in to get it. While swiping my card the store manager says it will be another 30 minutes because of the order ahead of me. This is ridiculous!!! They should have said 45min on the phone. Now my kid is missing the parade because of no work ethic!!!!
