Every single time I come here it is drive through only, I walk through the cold from my semi-truck just to be met with locked doors every single time I try, if you cant go through the drive through don't bother stopping

This Starbucks is SOOOOOOO much better than the Fayetteville store. I wanted to make sure I put some positive vibes out after having to slam Starbucks because of the POOR QUALITY SERVICE AND DRINKS. THANK YOU for keeping the standard of Starbucks. I won't drive to Summersville for coffee but I see plenty of doctors there and I appreciate it when I am there. Thankfully we have MANY BETTER OPTIONS than Starbucks in the Fayetteville/ Oak Hill area. Once again your dedication to quality service and drinks is greatly appreciated!!!!

On our way back to Virginia after my mother's funeral, I needed a break and this starbucks appeared unexpectedly. They were very friendly. I ordered 2 drinks and one of them came hot that I think I ordered iced. I asked them to pour it over ice for me, and she said she would make it over and I could have both. That was very nice too have on a long drive when I was so tired. Thank you to them. It's probable that I didn't speak loudly enough during the order. Also rest room was clean.
