This restaurant is always improving. They have pool tables. Chess boards and Giant Jenga! Karaoke. Good drinks and good atmosphere. Love the atmosphere here! The servers are great. Crimson always has a smile on her face and Keith is the best bar tender. Loads of fun and Jordan tries her best to keep us all straight lol. Tuesdays is free pool and Wednesday nights pool tournaments are loads of fun!

My wife said she heard that The Local is a good place to eat and it has a pool table. I'm thinking it's just a bar with a few drunks. I decided to check it out on my own before I took my wife there. I was surprise when I walked in. It does have a bar, but also several tables. The barmaid/waitress said I could sit anywhere and she brought me a menu. I ordered 2 hotdogs with everything on it and Coke. The hotdogs were very good and the waitress was very pleasant. A family, with young children came in and they had their dinner there. I will definitely take my wife there next time. Maybe even play a little pool. :-)

My husband and I were visiting family and we always like to try out new restaurants. So we ended up at The Local 805 because of its Google Reviews. This place did not disappoint. I had the veggie burger with fries and it was of the best I have had eating out. The French fries are crispy and perfectly salted. My husband had the all beef hot dogs that also come with fries. He said the hot dogs were delicious and rate at the top of his list along with Hillbilly Hot Dogs in Lesage, WV and Dirty Franks in Columbus, OH.Vegetarian options: The veggie burger was one of the best I have eaten.
