So, not bad! Got the $7 3 tender fill-up. Chicken was juicy, Mac and cheese was pretty good, and the biscuit actually had some flavor! I usually deride their biscuits, but I was pleasantly surprised! This KFC is kind of unreliable, so I'll update if that changes. Mighty fine tenders!

Service workers at any KFC restaurant are not very sociable! Food is always very good, but lately family and friends have been getting sick from raw, pink chicken! New apple desert is awesome! All KFC’s need to bring the liver and onions back, it’s very very popular!we had to clean our table, a lot of them were dirty!

I nicely managed KFC. Clean with fast service. The items were well prepared, hot and fresh.
Horrible management!!! Stopped at the store on my way home from clarksburg and when I got home I had groceries to put away so it took a bit before I could eat…. So when I did open my order there was no chicken! So I tried calling no answer so I had to drive 20 minutes back and was treated like I was lying about not receiving chicken until manager ( who took my order and handed it to me thx Lacey) that she gave me two sides boxes instead of chicken and sides … and refused to fix my order and argued with me and never once apologized for HER mistake!! Then called her AREA supervisor Tanya who tell her to band me from the store for asking for a refund! Don’t stop definitively not my first issue with the store but due to how I was treated by management definitively deserves to give this store a zero!

I went to the sutton Kfc today. First and last time. Lady claimed to be the manager got my order wrong. Gave me chicken instead of tenders, simple mistake but she replied i repeated the order back to you, that was time to say the order was wrong! I said just give me my food and the difference back. She refused to give my money, refused to give a receipt and told us to leave the property. Very rude, unprofessional. I am 65 yrs old, I don't deserve to be treated like that. Maybe age destination lawsuit would help Corporate look into staff there! Claimed she was the manager but has no customer service skills at all!
