I went to the sutton Kfc today. First and last time. Lady claimed to be the manager got my order wrong. Gave me chicken instead of tenders, simple mistake but she replied i repeated the order back to you, that was time to say the order was wrong! I said just give me my food and the difference back. She refused to give my money, refused to give a receipt and told us to leave the property. Very rude, unprofessional. I am 65 yrs old, I don't deserve to be treated like that. Maybe age destination lawsuit would help Corporate look into staff there! Claimed she was the manager but has no customer service skills at all!

Parking: Workers were chatting with family members and even allowed one of them in the back. One of them had inappropriate clothing on - her underwear and butt showed and she bent across the counter!

We stopped on our way passing through, about 11:30, the food was coming out of the ovens and it was fresh. This is some of the best KFC we have ever had. Definitely recommend stopping here if anybody is traveling through and wants a good meal.

The food was awful. We both got chicken s/w with fresh. The chicken was cold and so hard we couldn't eat it. The fries were cold also and hard. It was disgusting. Will never go back.

I ordered Taco Bell instead of KFC from this location. The food itself was good. The service, however, was slow. The other members of my party experienced very rude staff that seemed to be annoyed at every little thing. The restaurant didn't look very clean and everything just looks generally old and dirty inside.

Never had bad food until today. Everything had a burnt old grease taste.
The cashier definitely seems like I was bothering her with me ordering and the tender was fairly fresh but didn’t taste as good because the oil needs changed in my opinion. I have 10+ years in the fast food industry

I have seen all staff and managers outside smoking every time I have gone to restaurant. Seems only a teen is inside working alone. I have seen drug paraphernalia in the bathrooms, and in restaurant. Where is the manager here? Seems like no one runs this place. Poor service. Terrible food. Do not recommend for anyone to go to this restaurant.

I placed an order at 4:30am. That's morning time! So they would have plenty of time to get a 16 piece family meal and 8 piece tender meal ready for pick up at 5:30 pm that afternoon. I get here..... It will be 10 to 15 more minutes because it was such a large order.... You freaking serve chicken all day and had a 13 hour advance notice! Make more chicken at a time.
