Didn't know needed to go to order because I ordered by calling. So I blew the horn to get my order and they looked straight at me 2 guys and ignored me. Went threw again and told them been waiting 15 minutes. They were rude and laughing because they made me wait. Rude employees is not the way to run a business.

Man I love the cheese bread, or at least I use to when the staff wasn't too lazy to make it. Today they skipped all the BS excuses and told me at the drive through speaker they had already turned off their ovens. They had almost an hour before they closed. I'm in the Walmart parking lot now, looking up toaster ovens. Guess who's making cheese bread tonight? Et tu Bruté

I always get pizza here for my children's parties. They love pizza. I prefer this over other local take out as it's quite tasty for such an affordable price. After placing my order, I paid and waited just 15 minutes for 6 freshly made pizzas. The cashier was very polite and the restaurant was clean.

Called at 3pm to order ordered a 5 meat treat and wings but told them I’d be there between 5-5:15. So was there at 4:54 the guy had no record of the order and preceded to tell me I must have ordered from flatwoods Kentucky I said no don’t think so called 765-2100? So I said ok just make it now I’ll wait and ordered a hot n ready pepperoni while I waited so he gave me the pizza and I parked I waited a while and he came to the car gave me the other pizza and wings and I left got home and I had two hot n ready pizzas and not my order when I called back I asked to speak to a manager and got the run around with that they charged 35.00 and some odd cents for two hot and ready and 8 bbq wings. Never ordering again get a crew and some managers this was afternoon of Sunday 8/27/23

Said they shut their grills down early every night for safety reasons so they couldn’t cook us food. Sounds like to me they just wanting to go home early. Def not good experience.

I’ve never had a more wonderful experience with this restaurant. My order was messed up not once but twice. I had spoken to a manager named Molly. And she fixed everything and told me it would never happen again and I can tell you she has kept her promise for almost months now!! Absolutely love this establishment and will continue to order from here.

Super friendly staff. Allowed me to wait for a bus in their lobby after my car broke down on the highway on a move from PA to KY. Staff was amazing and I greatly enjoyed my time there.
