Why take mobile orders when you take longer to fix it than if I ordered thru the drive thru. I am so tired of being parked to sit for 10-15 min or more while employees try to figure out how to fix 4 big mc meals. We never order anything complicated, just standard meals with no special requests. Order in advance because we are traveling and generally have a tight schedule BUT we are nearly always delayed. Please, either stop taking mobile orders or figure out how to process them.

Staff literally does not want to be there. Talked with three separate people there and gave a greeting such as thank you, and none responded. As usual, fries are cold, and the ice cream machine was down.

It's not bad...midday is kind of the worst...night shift seems to be best. The food is better and the staff is friendlier. (All depending on who is working, just like any restaurant.)
