I would not recommend this location. Drinks were made poorly missing ingredients. Instead of a remake they attempted to add them and move on. My drink was tossed after trying their fix and I went without.

This Starbucks in Sutton, West Virginia was so clean and the staff there were friendly. I was admiring the decor and art in this location too! I was happy with my pumpkin spice latte and my husband enjoyed his Bacon, Gouda, and Egg sandwich. We weren't planning to stop at first, but we needed to fuel up as we were on our road trip. We spotted Starbucks about to open. Glad we stopped in. The bathrooms were clean and easy to navigate as someone with mobility issues. I frequent some Starbucks in my home state and I was pleased with this experience far from home!
Ordered 3 latte with skim milk and extra shots. Ten minutes in our drive tried my drink and was very disappointed because the milk was spoiled ?

This Starbucks location is an easy stop off the interstate for commuters & local shoppers in the Flatwoods/ Braxton County area. The staff is always so efficient, plus friendly at getting the order completed as quick as possible. They're a nice group of staff & always seem like they're knowledgeable about everything Starbucks. I have frequented this location often over the past year & never had a bad experience. They're happy to help or provide assistance if needed and know their regulars by name, plus take the time to say hello. I can't say enough about the Store experience & staff!
Vegetarian options: They have options both for food & drinks that can be made more vegan friendly.
Parking: Easy pull in to park directly in front of the location and/ or on the side of the location. Wheelchair spots are available & the drive-thru has easy access with minimal turns & twists to go through. Unlike a lot of off the interstate Starbucks locations.
Kid-friendliness: I've seen 1st hand employees offer a warm welcome or conversation to different children as they've come & gone. This store has a nice age range of staff that is really good at working with all ages as the come into the store.
Wheelchair accessibility: Their is wheel chair accessible tables both inside, plus outside and the staff is always happy to assist in anyway possible.
