We were disappointed with this Taco Bell. We ordered three Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes for drive-through pick-up, but the portions were very small. Altogether, the amount in the three boxes was equivalent to a single box we've typically received at other locations. They should have either informed us that the dish was sold out or provided one box with the usual quantity.

Waited 10 min. To place order. Another 20 minutes after placing order.
When we got the order the Mexican pizza was literally flatten to the box as if it was smashed or crushed. The cardboard was smashed to it . The drinks was Watertown so bad that you couldn't drink with very little ice.
A box meal was ordered and it wasn't even the right order with items missing from it.
No sauce and request and paid for 2 sides of sour cream and it wasn't available.
Then sitting at the window to get food ....the floor was disgusting dirty...boxes under the counter with supplies was water damaged with what looked like mold on them.
I have never ever received such disgusting food. It literally ended up in the trash and will never return for another meal.
Health department needs to visit. Training needs to be evaluated on service of food. Worst experience ever with taco bell

Ordered 1 cheezit tostada and when i got home there were only 3 cheezits with nothing on them. Called the store and demanded a refund and was told "we dont give refunds"

Lately everytime we stop there the nachos, Mexican pizza, or anything else like that taste like it's been cooked in old nasty oil. Guess if I want Taco Bell I need to stop somewhere else. This has been a ongoing problem for awhile.

Edit: I was taken aback by the state of this place. I've been to some rough spots all over the states, but this takes the cake. I ordered three burritos, and every single one was cold and poorly made. The tortillas were all broken and crumbly, like they were old or had been left out to get stale. But that's not even the worst part. When I tried to address the issue, the employee just stared at me with a deadeye expression and muttered, "I don't know what's wrong, you figure it out," talking to some dude in the back before walking away. I left without getting a refund... It's ridiculous that this kind of service is even allowed. They're sketchy people in there to say the very least

Went through the drive thru and ordered a crunchy taco and a nacho fry. She repeated my order back and I swear it was correct. I get to the window and look at my receipt to see I was charged for a Crunchwrap instead of a crunchy taco. I kindly explained that, she said since she repeated the order back to me it would be my responsibility to order something else. They gave me the crunchy taco, nacho fry, NO Crunchwrap and I was still charged for the Crunchwrap. Her attitude and tone was uncalled for, especially since I was very polite. I won’t be back to this Taco Bell if that’s how they treat polite customers.
