Drive thru. Ordered two burritos and two cantina tacos. Received the two tacos with no sour cream as i asked and two wrong burritos then I ordered. They replaced the burritos with not a smile nor an apology. Just ate tacos as they were. Tacos were good. Burritos were thrown away.

I'm updating my review to 2024. If you're thinking of eating at the taco bell here, it's better to go elsewhere. The staff are lovely and the service is wonderful. They're not the problem and they're absolutely doing their best. The food is the problem. They were out of a lot of a lot of items and on the KFC side they were even out of chicken. The food quality itself is questionable. I got cinnamon twists and they tasted like rancid oil and had an off smell. The chalupa shell was stale and a bit tough and nothing tasted very fresh. As far as we could see, the place was kept clean and I saw staff in the back practicing proper food handling. They also seemed to be trying their best to make their best effort to produce quality food with what they had. I have also heard a lot of relatives complain about the food quality lately as well. If you want Mexican food, Pilot has a Moe's and they make good food. There's also a family owned Mexican restaurant up at the mall near the DMV. Both are a little more expensive, but not by much. The KFC side is okay when they have things in stock. I'm only giving this place 2 stars because the staff members were wonderful.

10pm, wanted a quick bite on the way home. Took almost 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru with only one other car in front of me. The KFC part of it was cold. Asked for no pickles on the Chicken Littles, and they had pickles. Ordered two Chicken Chipotle Flatbreads. They only rang in one. The Potatoe soft tacos were cold and not fully wrapped, so upon trying to take them out of the bag, half of one went onto my floorboard. Asked for no ice in my drink and it was packed full of ice. Also, the girl who took the order kept saying quick "yep"s after each thing I was trying to order and talking over me. Didn't read the order back to me to make sure she got it all. Just, "Yup....yup...$18". Would be able to compare the rush better if it didn't take 15 minutes to get my food.

Customers sent away because they ran out of food. WTH ?
They take a really long time to serve you and if u r getting kfc that is in the same building every time I go there they don't have something I order mostly chicken they never have enough to fill an order went there the last time and I waited 45 min and my order was not even complete when I got home I had to go back and an employee told me if I don't like then don't come back so I haven't been back since

Food was familiar. Menu is hard to read, with all the diff restaurant menu bits and pieces, maybe make a duplicate to read before you get to the point of ordering?There was a very long back up. I was surprised to see how young the "kid" was, workung the window and apparently calling the shots, gently motivating/urging his crew to move faster due to the developing line.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Wrong food, Mexican pizza had a chemical taste, I took 1 bite and was DONE! I had the worst taste in my mouth that I couldn't get rid of for a half hr or so. My bf ordered KFC and everything in the bag was taco bell! That store needs to be closed and reopened with ALL new staff that can actually comprehend and pay attention! ZERO STARS GIVEN
