ORDERED A DAVE'S TRIPLE CHEESE WITH NO KETCHUP AND GOT KETCHUP!😂 I CALLED THEM BACK MANAGEMENT APOLOGIESED AND SAID THEY WOULD MAKE IT UP JUST STOP BACK BY AN TOOK MY NAME OTHER THAN REMOVING KETCHUP FROM THE BURGER 🍔 IT WAS FRESH AND ALL THE OTHER FOODS WERE TO! NOW THATS GREAT SERVICE!

I frequent this location when traveling and can say most of those the service has been really good. I wanted to point out Caleb who was working the drive-thru today (we came through at 4:48PM) truly was awesome. It’s rare that you come across a fast food employee who isn’t trying to rush you or comes off pushy. He was patient while taking our order which is always a plus especially when driving with a little one who can’t make up their mind and changes at the last second.
The part though that was going beyond for what most see as the average mood or personality of a young fast food employee, was the fact that he genuinely asked about our day, talked about the weather and made conversation while taking my payment. He certainly came off as an employee who enjoyed their job. Even my teenage son noticed and made a comment. So awesome job Caleb and continue to keep that awesome attitude!

My Wendy's experience was above average. I truly appreciate the attention to detail. My Son of Baconator was a 4 out of 5. I wish the meat was warmer, but otherwise delicious. Definitely give them a try if you're in the area. The restaurant, bathroom, and parking lot were clean.
