Need to pick it up and get with it here! The food was decent everything else along with staff needs major improvement, and the 2.00 reward on app was not honored at all when letting the girl know she shrugged! NICE THANKS UR WELCOME TOO!!! Thats after waiting 20 minutes with line backed up for food in drive thru, not once this makes twice! Oh yeah and after all that we are outta ice heres ur drink, have nice day! I work in fast pace my self in similar job, not tolerable in my drive thru!!! Do better please!!!!!

Very concerned about the cleanliness of the place. The staff was not very professional. Looked like a bunch of young people that could care less about good service. The lady that gave us our order looked at us like we were not allowed to ask any questions or for any additional condiments. She must have been having a bad day. The place was very cold.

Wendy's is usually great, but the last few times, the app rewards system has been down and we've noticed the restaurant has seemed to be on the dirty side ? customer service is usually good, if you get the regular workers that "want" to be there...
Dining room was so cold we had to leave!!! Wasn't just us.. everyone was complaining.

Every time I work mornings at work, I go thru the drive tru & get me a honey bitter chicken biscuit, which is always delicious, and a cup of coffee. Most of the time the service at the drive thru is great however there are times they don't put the cream & sugar in my coffee for me & I'm driving on borrowed time. Ya know
