My wife and I were recently on a road trip to pick up a new vehicle we stopped by this Bob Evans for dinner and then breakfast the following morning it was amazingly clean the food was delicious and the staff were very nice and very professional. Highly recommend!

The place was a bit disheveled when we walked in. The hostess greeted us and said it would be a few to clean off the tables. Instead of jumping in to help, she went back behind the counter and stood there talking to another employee. Our waitress was just fine. My pancakes were stuck together and raw. I at a total of 1 1/2 out of 3 because I had to eat around the raw goo. I didn't want to bother asking for a fix and I did not tell the manager. I've been to better Bob Evans. Will remember this and not come back the next time in the area.

I've been to a lot of Bob Evan's locations and this was by far the worst.
Our server forgot our drink order as well as forgetting one of our orders of hot cakes.
The food was inconsistent, one order of hotcakes was good, but the other two orders were way undercooked. All the hash browns were bland and had zero seasonings. They cooked my wife's eggs, and burnt my French toast order.

Service was great! Food was good, fast and hot. Link sausage only. It was clean but understaffed as everywhere else these days. They did a great job with what they had. Waited a long time to check out.
Ordered a family breakfast for pickup, as it's advertised as a quick, easy, and affordable group food option, so we could continue our day out and dodge a lot of the holiday cluster. Opened the order on the road and the hashbrowns are missing, the breakfast sandwiches taste ok but are just kinda thrown together in the pan, so you end up with a mess, and the half gallon orange juice we ordered as an add on was not sealed, and was leaking everywhere. Upon further movement, the cap fell off the orange juice altogether and was rancid. Called and the gentleman who answered was very apologetic and nice, but we didn't have time to come back and pick up/swap what is missing/wrong. It's not the gentleman's fault, but apparently bob evans policy doesn't issue refunds like we're in 2025. They MAIL the refunds out. If a business is taking electronic payment, they need to be issuing electronic refunds. Period. Just take your $20 and meal prep at home yourself for the same stuff. We were hoping to avoid having to do mealprep for this trip but here we're having to buy breakfast twice anyways. Won't make that mistake again.
