Ordered a family breakfast for pickup, as it's advertised as a quick, easy, and affordable group food option, so we could continue our day out and dodge a lot of the holiday cluster. Opened the order on the road and the hashbrowns are missing, the breakfast sandwiches taste ok but are just kinda thrown together in the pan, so you end up with a mess, and the half gallon orange juice we ordered as an add on was not sealed, and was leaking everywhere. Upon further movement, the cap fell off the orange juice altogether and was rancid. Called and the gentleman who answered was very apologetic and nice, but we didn't have time to come back and pick up/swap what is missing/wrong. It's not the gentleman's fault, but apparently bob evans policy doesn't issue refunds like we're in 2025. They MAIL the refunds out. If a business is taking electronic payment, they need to be issuing electronic refunds. Period. Just take your $20 and meal prep at home yourself for the same stuff. We were hoping to avoid having to do mealprep for this trip but here we're having to buy breakfast twice anyways. Won't make that mistake again.

Being a regular customer, I order the same thing all the time. Love the lemon chicken with home fries and carrots. Server was outstanding. She was sent home after me so I'm glad I got to be served by her. This location is excellent!

I’ll start off by saying they weren’t busy and only had two other tables, so there was no excuse our entire order was wrong. Then tried to make me tip $14. I’ve only been here twice and both times the waitress and staff just suck.

We were in town for a couple days and Jenna was our server the two nights we went in this week and she remembered our orders from the day before. Excellent service and the food was delicious. Great atmosphere and we stop by this Bob Evans every time we are in the area since we don’t have one in our area in Florida. Bob Evans and Jenna are the best!!!
