For starters, the restaurant was very cold..I wanted to order a half sandwich and soup, but was informed that the soup was not ready yet...it was almost 9 am.The server was kind enough to ask the cook to get the potato soup ready, and I had to wait less than 10 minutes.My husband ordered breakfast but found it to be much greasier than normal.Not our best Bob Evans experience, but we will still continue to visit Bob Evans while we are out and about traveling!

The first sign of this disappointing restaurant was its empty parking lot. As my father used to to say, “if a restaurant’s parking lot is empty, stay away.” Well, folks, he was right! We sit down and order pretty quickly and they take thirty minutes to bring out our food- keep in mind the restaurant was pretty empty and a couple who sat down and ordered after us got their food before us. After waiting half and hour, they bring out the wrong food and not what I ordered. They take fifteen minutes to bring out the right order and it looks nothing like the picture. I got two chicken breasts topped heavily with black beans, corn, and avocado with a side of hash browns and broccoli. There was maybe a dozen singular kernels of corn and beans on top. No broccoli in sight and no hash browns I’m assuming because the other order they brought out that I kept as they said it would not be on the bill, had had hash browns. The soup was room temperature and the take away box started leaking because I was not about to waste that chicken after all I went through. When we asked for a bag for the leaking box the woman at the counter shoved a bag at us and said nothing; quite a rude demeanor. We have passed this Bob Evans many times since then and it always has an empty parking lot, for good reason.

Great experience!!! Even though we arrived 15 minutes before closing as a family of 7, the staff was super nice and the food was exceptional!! Large portions!! Everything tasted amazing!!Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are great priced & they get plenty of food plus a sundae!!

Sarah, my server, made my dining experience very enjoyable. After having dental work and not eating all day, I decided to stop at Bob Evan’s. Tired and achy and hungry…also alone, she made me feel welcome and served a delicious meal and fresh coffee. It’s very nice to feel comfortable while eating alone!

Came in with my mom to eat and we had to wait over an hour for our food and once we got it my portion size was tiny. It didn't even fill up half of the plate and when I complained about it I basically got told to pound sand by both my server and the assistant manager. They said that's just how it is despite the menu showing the item filling a full plate.

Great restaurant. Our server was great. Food was up fast and fresh. Husband had a chicken sandwich, son had a burger, daughter had breakfast and I had the savory pot roast. We also got the loaded crispy potatoes as an appetizer. I had the appleberry splash to drink and it was yummy!
