We went to cheddars for dinner while on a trip. The service was good. The food was another story. My mother ordered the meatloaf. It was inedible. She sent it back and they gave her another entree. Which was great customer service. I got the Dijon chicken. The chicken was cooked and seasoned nicely but the sauce tasted like warm honey mustard salad dressing with mushrooms. Not good. No other seasoning. No Dijon taste. Just sweet warm dressing. The service was great, the restaurant...
My husband and I visit once a month, and it never disappoints! The food is always delicious, hot, and service is always outstanding! We were there this afternoon, and it was exceptional! Our server, Ashley, was kind, friendly, and efficient. We tried to put a comment on the survey after the payment, but it timed out, and I wasn’t able to finish writing, so I thought I’d write a Google review. I hope we get Ashley the next time! She was very pleasant and made our visit amazing!
