We did a mobile order through the drive thru. We pulled around and our order was not ready, they instructed us to the mobile order pickup area.
We waited for ten minutes. Eventually my wife went in to retrieve our order. 15 min post drive thru, we had our order and it lacked my son's milk with kids meal. My wife went back in to get it.
Lastly, I received this pathetic chicken for a sandwich. We'll never visit this location again.

2 out of the last 3 times I’ve ordered my salad and paid almost an extra $5 for double chicken I have not received it. The app says you have to call the store with issues and I don’t feel like doing that.

We were out looking for something quick to eat for dinner. I had never been to this location. My wife and I both chose the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries. It was very good. My wife also enjoyed her small banana cream pie shake. I would have liked to have one, too, but I was full. Service inside was fast and friendly. It appears that most of their business is done through the drive-thru. Sorry, no photos this time.
All three employees behind the counter were complaining of being “deathly sick” and talking about how they felt so awful and were trying to figure out who got them sick all while handing food and drinks for guests. I understand the need to make money but Chick-Fil-A should pay their employees enough so they can take days off when sick instead of spreading it to people who just want to come in for lunch. It’s sad and upsetting that anyone should have to work while sick and it’s especially gross and dangerous for them to be working around food while sick.

Usually, Chick Fil A has their act together. But this location is an anomaly. No people outside with Ipads. Waited for a while in the drive thru line. I gave up and went inside. There was a definite bad attitude vibe at the counter. Won't be back to that location for sure.

If you're looking for the worst Chick-fil-A in America, look no further. This is it. The service is so bad I can't even believe it. Terrible service. No one looks you in the eye. Very slow. Not friendly. They don't speak to you when they hand you your food. Food came out cold. They seemed ticked that I mentioned it to them. There's definitely a leadership and training problem here. Not like any of the other Chick-fil-A's you've been to. Wow!

The worst Chick-Fil-a we have been to. We’ve been here twice and both times the customer service does not measure up to the iconic Chick-Fil-A standard. The employees never cracked a smile or anything. They acted like they were miserable. The food wasn’t great either, you could tell oil needed changed for the chicken because of how dark the chicken was, the Mac n cheese didn’t have the signature topping on it. The fries tasted like nothing. Disappointed in this location.
Always have to wait a long time for breakfast.
