My fiance and I are big Chipotle fans but the ones by us (we are from NE Ohio) have all been extremely disappointing. Not so at this Chipotle! The employees were are pleasant (no bad attitudes) and weren't skimpy with food. We even noticed someone taking the temperatures of the food! Awesome food, awesome service!

Every time I’m here the people are terribly rude and they are out of something. My last visit will be today. Both girls at the counter were rude. No carnitas and no white rice. She said it would be a ten minute wait. I had two other bowls and told her I’d wait. She proceeded not to even ring up the last one. I waited a few and when they started to get busy I just left.

This might sound like a lie but it’s not. I went to this Chipotle a few days ago and the employee told me that they had no meat. I left and didn’t think to much of it. Then a few days later I went to this chipotle again and they told me they had no rice. Food is good when they have it.

Food was good just took a while to get our order. The young blonde woman was taking orders and charging the customers by herself. It’s a shame none of her coworkers stopped what they were doing to help her. I hope chipotle sees this because shame on you guys. She’s a hard worker. She deserves a raise!!!!
