Lexi was incredibly rude and very unprofessional. We have been traveling for 6 hours and received an incorrect order and she made us repay for the meal. Never have I EVER had to repay for a meal that was incorrect. The people in line were courteous enough to let us cut back in line but they too were extremely shocked that we were required to repay for our meal. I hate to make this a race issue but we were the only African Americans in the establishment. She refused to re-serve...

I have celiac disease and can't have wheat. They went right to work cleaning surfaces, changing serving spoons, and used gloves. We're obviously trained. No deep sighs. No annoyance. Happy to serve. You don't get that usually at other places. They were so nice about my allergy. How refreshing! Some don't even know what it is and don't care, but they did. Great job!
