Ordered delivery, took over 2 hours. When contacting store they don't answer phone. Order was finally delivered over 2.5 hours and was not all here. Store states they can't cancel or refund. Highly recommend not placing online order on coldstone website.

Absolute horrible cake. It melted and the ice cream ran. What a joke of a company. I called to complain...no reply from a manager. Sent a email to the corporate company...nothing. $55 down the drain and lost loyal customers

I was here Saturday at 4:00pm and the guy working deserves a raise. Best attitude ive seen in customer service, only one in the building but was busting out those milkshakes left and right. Give this man some music!

I’ve went to this coldstone for about 5 years now. I’ve never had a bad experience as I always realize they are very busy and they’re always as kind as they can be while keeping up with customers. This visit was different. DESPITE The store filling with customers while we were ordering WHILE it seemed like he was still training and Zach still proceeded to give us a smile, eye contact, and just welcoming tone. I know it’s just a simple root beer float, but nowadays a little kindness goes a long way and we just happened to need it a lot today!

We are from out of town and decided to get some ice cream. This was our first time here and let me say how amazing the workers were! Two young ladies were by themselves and they were working their butts off serving customer after customer in a long line and they still had a big smile on their face for each and every one! And the ice cream is delicious too!

We stopped here to grab dinner. Since it's been so hot out, we decided to grab ice cream for dinner. Everything looks delicious it's hard to choose what to get. I chose to get the Dough-lightful Peanut Butter Signature Creation in a waffle bowl. It was delicious! My husband got a fudge milkshake. So good! Can't wait to go back and try something different.

I was there yesterday and had ice cream. I wish the gentleman who worked behind the calendar. I wish he would have paid attention to my order. I ordered ice cream and a waffle. Come with a bowl when he dipped my ice cream and handed it to me. He put my ice cream just in the bowl and I. Ask him where my waffle cone is? Cause I asked for one, but he didn't give it to me. He really didn't care. Need to pay attention and listen Better. By hill messing up, he should have given it to me at a discount price.Where is the customer service

Ellis did not offer to mix toppings and when I asked for a topping, was extremely rude and acted inconvenienced, did not acknowledge that i was a paying customer. It's clear that if you don't like to serve people or be in the food industry, to not work at a place where you're supposed to serve people. Ignorant.

My husband and I have been going to this cold stone for years and will no longer be going. For some context, I have a tree nut allergy and have always told the employees upfront. They have always been accommodating and would make my order with clean utensils, ice cream from the freezer, and in a separate container. I tried to order my usual, informed the employee of my allergy, and was denied saying that “someone left a bad review because the customer had a reaction. But they didn’t tell us they had an allergy.” The employee went on to tell us that the owner decided to not service anyone with allergies anymore. It felt like the employee was just being lazy and didn’t want to take the extra steps to make sure that my allergy was taken care of.
