The prices at this place are absolutely ridiculously high! I could have gone to Olive Garden for what we paid for a burger & fries! Sorry Five Guys, I can't afford you.

UPDATE: stopped in to eat, general manager was there. Told him what happened, took care of it! Happy again!
so I called and spoke to the day manager about a minor issue the night before. very apologetic offered to take care of me next time I came in and he'd put my name up front. well show up in the evening one day and guess what.... yep nothing up front, and I look like a fool. night manager claim disease text name and asking him but don't know what became of that. so I bought a burger paid for it, I wrote down my name phone number email and a slight reminder about the issue and I told him to give it to that day manager. and guess what? no call no email. so first I was very happy with how everything was handled but now I'm very unhappy!

Haven't had in awhile, decided I'd order ahead online, the cajun fries was the best part, and I was disappointed in the taste of the burger unfortunately.
There Burgers are really tasty, however extremely over priced, $10 for a plan 1/4 pound cheese burger, just meat, cheese and a bun, is outrageous in my book.

I'm biased. I love Five Guys. They are by far my favorite burger place. And this one is no exception. It was clean. The employees were super friendly. They sold shakes. They even had the awesome coke freestyle machines! I was so happy to get my favorite, sprite zero, to go with my dinner. If you like burgers and haven't tried Five Guys yet then you owe it to yourself to try a burger here. Their hot dogs and fries are great too!
