Feb 19,24. On my trip back from Dayton to Virginia, gotta stop at my go-to place. Always clean, good food, always friendly and attentive staff. Today around 1430 bro with the beard and glasses did right by me, I love Jersey mikes and he miked the heck outta my sandwich. Love my Turkey and prov mikes way and he aced it, was real good, perfect seasoning, oil and vinegar popping. 10/10.

Their chicken cheesesteaks and beef cheesesteaks are delicious! As close to an authentic Philly cheesesteak you'll get in this area! I'm a disabled veteran and the staff were busy, but still came out and moved the rope over so I could get my wheelchair through and even made room at one of the tables for me to eat in. So it's 5 stars across the board from me.Wheelchair accessibility: It's difficult but the staff accommodated me.

I typically order on the app & grab it to go when passing through the area.I always get good service & there are a good amount of meat & veggies on the subs. I dig the Stubborn Root Beer cans and the Mrs. VICKIE'S BBQ chips on the side.I like the #7 Turkey Sub.

Doordash delivery. They forgot a sandwich and the order only had three. How hard is that. Furious over the fact that the store phone number goes straight to VM, the 800# says call the store. I liked the store before and will never go again. This is not how customer service should work and this shows that if something is wrong they don't care. If they gave a s*** the phone number would work. In case anyone says door dash the bag is sealed at the store and was sealed when it got here

Messed up order today - and my husband said the guy wrote it down! They gave my husband beef instead of chicken. Mine was a # 13, no tomato and add banana peppers and toasted - NOPE. Just gave me the menu version of the # 13. We get these coupon packs at our business and decided to use one but if you cannot get the order right, what's the point? Food is good and you get a lot of meat, but not sure we will get again.

If I could give this Jersey Mikes a 0 star I would. Such a shame because the chain tends to have good food. Terrible service, rude employees, and management could care less. This now the third time I’ve had this experience. I waited 40 minutes for a sub, and then when I open it, it’s wrong. Plus the attitude on the workers ridiculous. God forbid someone with a gluten allergy asks for a GF menu item. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to Washington PA if I want it.
