Strike 3 your OUT! Gave it three tries and failed miserably all three times. Only time they were even close was on a Porterhouse Rare. Now medium rare, the standard cook for steak, they can't seem to get no matter what. This place brings shame to the Longhorn.

5 star for a chain steakhouse. Great service. Just the right amount of checking in, not obtrusive. Served the food in the correct order. Appetizers first, then salad, and lastly, the main entrees. Mushroom appetizer was very good. My wife enjoyed the salmon.

I’ll begin with..the service. Our waitress did a wonderful job!! Absolutely wonderful, attentive, friendly.She did her job and did it well. The steaks were either over or undercooked, but that’s just expected nowadays at a franchise “steak”house. No we didn’t say anything, didn’t ask for a manager, none of that. Why? Because it should have been made correct the first time. Nothing is more annoying than watching everyone eat a fresh meal while you wait.

At 2:30 pm I waited for someone to take my order, the place had 2 tables total and yet no one came to my table. Not sure if it was due to pigment or just poor service.
Stopped for lunch by myself after an appointment. Mandy was the server and I appreciated her kindness and excellent service.

I've only been here twice, ordered a different cut of steak each time, both tasted like disappointment. They were cooked correctly, yet the first was underseasoned while the second was overseasoned. Neither could compare to Texas Roadhouse. The baked potatoe and the fried onion weren't as good as Texas either. The only redeeming quality was the spinach dip, which was amazing. The service was good on my last trip, food arrived quickly, waitress was attentive and friendly. I do not like this restaurant, I expect better from a steak house.
