Stopped here for take out on a long road trip. Food was sub par at best. Basil BLT has 2 quarter size slices of tomato. One of the sides was left off the order which we didnt realize until we were on the road again. Salad was barely a salad with about 5 bites of lettuce, and no cucumbers (they were out). Restaurant wasn't very clean. Counter server was friendly.

The food was good, I got the toasted Italiano, but the service was horrific. The guy at the counter couldn't/wouldn't put his phone long enough for my wife and I to order. A couple of the girls in the kitchen section saw us, but we had to wait on the guy, now there is a self help kiosk, but I figured with 4 or 5 people standing there, why not have them wait on us. The guy didn't even hang up his call, just told whoever he was on the phone withto hang on, and then laid his phone down on the counter. This was my first time going in to Panera Bread, and will more than likely be my last. I would have left, but my wife wanted to stay.
Not sure if this is the norm, but it kinda ruined my first Panera Bread experience.

Overpriced food. We both got the new Italian Steak and it was nothing like the picture. I also had French onion soup and the cheese wasn't even melted on top. My wife had Mac and cheese and it wasn't hot. We were at the Panera in WV at the Cabela's plaza.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Sunday dinner here for us each week! You can't beat the food or the people that work there! Prices are a little above average but worth every penny. Unlimited refills are a plus! The only negative would be that they don't keep the floor or tables cleaned after folks are done eating! They get to it eventually, but could be quicker! LOVE PANERA! If you're at the Highlands, stop here!

can say without a doubt that this is a pretty pleasant panera, and the best in the area! my bagel was fine, but a little poorly cut, and not toasted well, even then the food was still very good. Honestly the atmosphere was what really tied it together. It was quiet with good music that didn’t annoy or disturb and conversation, and you can tell the staff were cleaning the tables when they got the chance. overall positive experience, 12/15

Fantastic Panera Bread location with a friendly and helpful staff that craft quality meals.
The store is very clean and has a wide variety of in-cafe seating arrangements. Their bathrooms are well-kept as well.
The restaurant has plenty of free parking in the parking lot.

Ordered a bread bowl to go.. bread was on the stale side and the soup didn't fill the bowl. Soup was creamy, slightly salty. Bread was extremely tough and hard to chew. Fix portion size, and freshness, definitely 4.5 stars.

I stop here on my trips to Indiana as it’s about 1/2 way, close to lunch time , beats the normal highway fast food by a mile Sandwiches, soup all hit the spot.
