First time eating at a Primanti's. Menu is has a wide variety of items to order. The sandwiches are big. Hope you have a big appetite.
The manager stopped by to ask how our meals were. Very friendly and talked with my dad for a bit.
Numerous TVs to watch whatever sport is on. Staff is friendly.

Last visit was not nearly as good as today. Talked to management online and Promantis were exceptional at resolving a less than perfect visit. Today all was excellent delicious food, arrived quickly, greatAfter emailing management Primanti's made all good. added stars for improved customer service. Complaints were resolved.

After a long day on the road we stopped here for a late night meal. Food was great & not busy (after 10pm on a Saturday night) at all. Beer was cold with a good selection on tap.

Libby was our waitress and was amazing. Food was hot and delicious, atmosphere was classy and friendly. Mathew came to check on us and was great. Other waitresses that weren’t even assigned our table came by and talked. It turned our meal into an experience.

Every time I go there the beer is what I call chilled not cold. Mugs are chilled to room temperature. Have to get a glass of ice to add to beer. Food and service are great.

Always nice to see a Primanti Bros outside of Pittsburgh. Staff was nice and kids meals were decent sized!
I got the deluxe bacon and Swiss sandwich, could not eat it properly because of how messy it was. Would have rather of had Walmart chicken wings. Service was good, great waitresses. Expensive for no reason
