Window guy had great customer service and asked how everyone was doing

Time and time again they mess the order up completely by forgetting items and then accusing the customer of lying about said items or making the food incorrectly.

We were just passing through and stopped to eat. One of the cleanest Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. The staff was nice and got our order out quickly. It had Halloween decorations and lights inside which was pretty cool. We were also greeted by this hard worker (see picture), even tho he was eating chips on the job. Haha

A decent enough Taco bell. Place, at time of my visit was clean enough. I recommend either ordering on the app or at the kiosk. Staff were a bit scarce. Food quality is standard taco bell, not amazing but decent enough to eat a burrito or two and go about your day.

So showed up yes an hour before close but this is Saturday night. It was my birthday was out with friends and decided to stop and get a party pack to take home. Well as soon as we pull in this lady already sounded rude. Start my order and went to order then party pack and before I could even finish she’s interrupting me say oh no it’s the last hour we don’t have enough meat out for that. Now I’m confused why wouldn’t you keep enough out for an almost 30 to 40 late night order? Like you just acted rude and lost money for your company? How are you even selling if this is the treatment employee give and before anyone gets on a high horse been working in food for 17 years I understand that last hour is shut down but I was still expected to do my job?????? Just poor management here. Will never recommend!

Taco Bell at the Highlands in Wheeling West Virginia has top notch food at highly rated prices. I've never been inside but service through the drive through is awesome. They do charge a lot more than other Taco bells in the area such as Saint Clairsville, Ohio. I usually get the cantina chicken bowl 90% of the time with a large Pepsi.

Employees can no longer take your order. It has to be done through the kiosk.
The inside of the restaurant needed some attention. Tables and the floor were dirty. They were not busy at the time. Only one other customer was there.
The food was ok. Had to ask for my cup.

All the employees were outside in the parking lot grabbing whenever I pulled up. When I made it to the window, I was not greeted. The employee just looked at me with a blank stare, waiting for me to pay. I had to ask for sauce for my burritos. One of the items I ordered customarily comes with a Spork to eat it with the silverware in the bag finger food it was. service definitely lacking this establishment. Unfortunately, I found that with a lot of the Taco Bell’s.

The manager was more worried about complaining to my wife and I that she's underpaid, something also about having to hire new people & now she's not getting her full time hours. A whole 10 min conversation about her and her employment status with your company. I don't even know the lady. That's not even my complaint. My complaint is that the employees in the back making our order obviously knew that the supervisor was too preoccupied complaining to paying customers through the drive-thru window that they didn't give me half of our order. Honestly not surprising with this location.
