This is a pretty good location! The service is very quick and accurate. The food was hot and served quickly. Honestly. Probably one of the better Wendy's fries I've had in a long time! The restaurant itself was very clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. Overall, I would definitely suggest this location. It's perfect for those of us who are traveling through the area and not too far off of route 70. Easy to get in and out and close to other amenities

Went in with my family to eat, only one other person in lobby, first things I hear is our pop machine is broken, not thanks for choosing Wendy's are anything like that, the lobby was absolutely disgusting like every table dirty, floors dirty, take a look in the back 4 men just sitting on pack line chilling while trash was all over the place in back of house also, so I turned to my wife and said let's get out of here and go somewhere else, tried to reach out to the RGM, that was also a bad experience when I called a lady answered said he would be in next day, well I get a call from Wendy's the next day I answer no one said anything so I called back and some lady starts yelling at me saying if I keep prank calling I would be in trouble the cops are tracing my call right now lol ok that's fine with me tell them I'm at (said address) , called back today and the phone picks up and it's a guy named Bill said he couldn't hear anything to call a cell phone number, this is one for the history book of worst experience shameful and I don't like leaving bad reviews at all get it together.

Just seems like they are lazy with keeping up on fresh things like bread and lettuce/tomato. Wendy's is supposed to put McDonald's to shame food wise but not here and that's pretty bad they definitely need to step their game up jr bacon cheeseburgers are probably one of my favorite things to get at Wendy's but not at this one they always either burn the bacon have stale bread or the tomatoes too mushy and the lettuce is old sometimes it's a mixture of all that stuff. And it's not only the jr bacons that aren't made right. I understand places get busy and things happen but if you get hired somewhere you're supposed to do your job I mean thats (you're ) job if you don't like doing what you're supposed to be doing you should probably find another one. It's sad that a lot of businesses lose lots of money from having lazy employees that don't do what they are supposed to. And they could do so much better.

Wendy's says cooked to order not so the hamburger was cold and toppings were just thrown on, $20.00 and when I left I saw a Jersey Mike's across the street next time will go there I get real food for my money

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and bacon actor cheese fries for takeout yesterday and it barely had anything on it no lettuce or tomatoes and I wanted to share a Pic of it and also the receipt but I do not see an option to post pic which I took I do not reccommend to go to this place unless they can do/get better and also my receipt said 2 items but yet there is a third charge on it (which I took a Pic of also) so I suggest u do better and I wish there was an option to share pics but do not reccommend sorry for the bad post but these workers anymore ppl will hire anyone Do better

I go to this Wendys at least several times a month and have never had any major issues until today. The manager that I normally see in the window around 3 p when I go is rude as hell as she usually is. (Not courtney, but an older lady with brown hair and glasses) But I look past it. Bc some people just dont have it in themselves to be nice so whatever. She doesn’t greet me when I pull up. In fact it takes her a few minutes to even acknowledge that Im at the window. she aggressively hands me my drink and closes the window without a word. A few minutes later she aggressively hands me my bag and gives me the fakest smile and closes the window again, all without a word to me. I go back to work and look in my bag, my sandwich was not in the bag, no straw, and no silverware. Idk who pissed in her cornflakes but to treat a customer like that AND not give them all of their order is bull. She should NOT be a manager if this is how she is going to be. And like I said this is a usual experience I have with this woman, this one today tho took the cake.

Not a good experience!!! Especially for a $14 fast food order. I ordered the new mushroom bacon cheeseburger meal. The fries were really bad for starters. They were cold, seemed old and were mostly bits and pieces of fries. The burger was just ok, but definitely not as good as other burgers anywhere else. It was pretty much bottom of the barrel for a premium price.
The floor of the restaurant was a mess. There was food everywhere. A lot of dirty tables and full garbage cans too. Both ketchup dispensers were almost empty and barely dispensing any product. The pump seemed to be sticking in the down position on both of them, but opening the lid revealed both were pretty much empty. The worst part is that the employees just seemed to be staying around or on their phones and not a manager in sight anywhere either. One of the employees was leaning up against the counter watching me struggle with the ketchup dispensers, but did nothing. Wendys was the least busy restaurant at the highlands and now I know why.

Stopped by to get food last night in the drive thru, and the food came out pretty much ice cold. Fries were oil logged, it just wasn't good. The service was fast, but food was bad
