They are an Arby's like any other but are more friendly staffed. They do have a pretty hard time separating curly fries from crinkle fries and I've ended up with an almost 50% ratio before.
To be perfectly honest the customer service was great, the food was OK, and clean on the inside. The biggest problem is the up price of Arby's. Why spend Chedder prices with less fast food when you can dine in with wait staff for better food at the same price?
Ate in, late in the day, yet employees were still friendly, food was delicious! I had the new bacon burger ?, along with the cheesy beacon frys. It was quite tasty!! It seems that management empowering the cooks come up with new menu items WORKED!
