Shelly p was our server and not sure if she called our name but had food sitting out for Atleast 15 minutes . It was so loud that no one could hear any names if they were called. Poor service .I’d like to add she was coughing all around the food. please do better. Let me also say the girls that were there we soo rude ! 🤨

I got some pretzel nuggets last Thursday, and they were delicious, which they always are here! Really good lemonade too. It’s not a proper mall visit if you didn’t get Auntie Anne’s!
All the old ladies who work there are rude & clearly tired. Pretzels often burnt.

Today I stopped by Auntie Anne's for a free Original Pretzel from their rewards program. It was very good and so salty which is what I personally enjoyThe store located inside the Grand Central Mall was very Eye Pleasing, clean and friendly staff. Definitely recommend!!!

Came to the Grand Central mall and at 5:30 went to get some pretzels and was told they are out of all pretzels. Very poor planning on their part as the mall was having a race car show and packed with people. While I was in line they turned away several groups of people.
Charged me way too much for my order! Complete ripoff!!!
Very disappointed hardly had anything made. Out of lemonade, out of all types of pretzels. What’s the point of being open at that point?
