the ladies there are super sweet to me and gave me a large even though i only asked for a small!! they're sweethearts and their chocolate milk tea is the best thing I've ever had

This service was strait forward terrible as they claim to have fruit smoothies when they were made of concentrated syrup and their cha drinks had strait powder and the boba was very cheap tasting and the pearls were way more chewy than they should have been and we also blew 30$ for 3 people overall I would not recommend the bubble house as it is not a good experience.

Wouldn’t recommend, would give 0 stars if I could. They need to learn professionalism.

My family and I showed up at 7:15 ready to drop over $30 on milkshakes, but apparently, that was too much to ask. We stood there for more than three minutes while both employees completely ignored us, not even a “hi” or “I’ll be right with you.” One of them even gave us a look like we were bothering her by showing up.
My fiancé actually said, “I don’t think she wants to help us,” right as she walked past without saying a single word. Guess customer service isn’t part of the job description here.
Honestly, if this is how they treat paying customers, I’m shocked they’re still in business. I’ll keep my $30 for somewhere that actually wants customers. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The lady doesn't speak English. There's an ingredient that I can't eat, and I asked her if it was in one of the menu items, and it took a long time for her to understand and say that it wasn't in the drink. I ordered it and had to throw it away immediately after a taste because the ingredient absolutely was in the beverage. I didn't go back for a refund because I knew she wouldn't be able to understand that either. Her lack of ability to communicate is dangerous because it can hurt people who have dietary restrictions.

My daughter and I enjoyed the milkshakes!! If the customer service was a little more friendly it would’ve been a 5 start experience! We had the Ferrero Rocher and Cookies n Cream Milkshakes that came in a glass jar, which honestly felt like a bonus! If you’re down near Vienna WV stop by the mall and get you one especially with the kiddos!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Stood at the counter waiting for 10 minutes and no one came out to take my order, got tired of waiting and sat down in the food court. Called them 2 times before I got an answer, asked if they were open and if anyone was working, the guy on the phone told me no and hung up a few minutes later I saw someone come out and take another customers order after telling me that no one was working.

Twice now we’ve ordered just a simple rolled ice cream with Oreo and marshmallow fluff. The first time the dude was on the phone and wouldn’t put it down long enough to hear what I’m saying. We end up with vanilla ice cream and an Oreo sat on top after we told him that’s not what she wanted. Second experience today, different worker cuts me off every time I try to tell her the order. I said it multiple times and we got some
Marshmallow ice cream. I guess it’s the Oreo part they’re struggling with so I wouldn’t recommend annuthing that involves Oreos.

I’d honestly give it 3.5 but google won’t let you. The boba is different than most other boba places I’ve been to and I think I prefer those but the boba is still good. They have lots of options and the staff has always been helpful when I’ve ordered. My main complaints are that other boba places do boba better and the prices are too high for the boba that they serve. I don’t know about the ice cream, never had it.

I ordered a signature item off the menu (Large bloody strawberry) as it was my first time ordering there. All it was supposed to be was strawberry rolled ice cream with graham crackers, strawberries, and Nutella, And it was an absolute disaster. They literally gave me just strawberry rolled ice cream and they gave me a small. They literally talk so low when you are ordering and are so rude. And you absolutely can not understand a single word they are saying because they talk so low. They literally just go off and do their own thing. If you order I would maybe try but I do not recommend going in and ordering.

Went there with my boyfriend. I’ve never had matcha before so I asked if I could try a small sample. Instead the largest size was made and my boyfriend was forced to pay for it. That made me mad because I did not order it. I wanted to try like a sip to see if I’d even like it. Not be forced to be stuck with an $8 drink. The. I finally got to order what I actually wanted and it was wrong too. I asked for just a blackberry shake. Whoever the foreign guy working there is decided to take it upon himself to add some nasty chocolate I didn’t even order in the shake. Within a few minutes the chocolate got all soggy and coagulated. It ended up being over half of the shake. I’m pissed. At least the shake was free since he didn’t listen the first time. Still didn’t listen the second time. Listen to ur customers ffs. What if I was allergic to chocolate and someone just took the liberty to add whatever they pleased to someone’s drink. He seemed apologetic and kind but for real, listen to what ur customers are saying. Just so my bf didn’t waste nearly $15 I spent 10 of my time scooping and sifting the nasty chocolate gunk out of my shake that was supposed to be JUST BLACKBERRY. When I should’ve dumped it in a sink in front of the guy.
