I was so very disappointed. I was there around dinner hour, 6 pm. One would think at that hour the food would be fresh and hot. Thankfully the fries were, but my Whooper was merely luke warm, if that. I ordered no cheese, it came with cheese. My coffee was also luke warm. The Cinnabon buns did not appear to be fresh. They came with no knife to spead the glaze. I will say the service was fast and polite, and the place was very clean, but I doubt I will be back.

I’ve given this Burger King in Vienna, WV more than enough chances, and every single time, the experience has been the same — cold food, slow service, and zero care for quality. It’s honestly disappointing because I keep hoping it’ll get better, but it never does.
Each time I order — whether it’s a Whopper, chicken sandwich, or even fries — the food arrives barely warm, sometimes straight-up cold as if it’s been sitting out for half an hour before being handed to me. The cheese never melts, the fries are limp and stale, and the burgers taste like they’ve been reheated instead of freshly made. Even when I order inside or through the drive-thru, the result is always the same: cold, unappetizing food that feels like an afterthought.
What makes it worse is the complete lack of accountability. The workers don’t seem to care, and when you mention the food being cold, you just get a blank stare or an attitude like it’s your fault for expecting a hot meal. I understand being busy — but this isn’t a one-time issue. It’s a pattern, and it’s clear no one in management is checking the food temperature or enforcing quality control.
Fast food doesn’t have to be gourmet, but it should at least be fresh and warm. That’s the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this location can’t seem to meet even that basic standard. I’ve started driving out of my way to other Burger Kings or different restaurants altogether just to avoid wasting money here.
If you want hot food, skip this location. Until management starts taking pride in their service and food quality, this Burger King is not worth your time or money.

I spent $80 on Burger Monster Meal for 3 last night and I am going to be brutally honest. Do not waste your money trying to order delivery from this store. I do delivery at night due to medical conditions and this store really messed up my order. I was missing a lot of food in the order. the shakes and cookies were missing, the food that actually was in the bag was cold and tasted old. The nuggets were cold and chewy, and there was no sauces in the bag. $80 for $30 worth of food isn’t worth the hard earned amount. When I contacted Burger King through the website regarding the order offered $30 coupon divided into two separate coupons and no refund. I will never go back to this Burger King the same as Captain Ds when their chicken went from normal to mini at a higher price. Save your money and go somewhere else where you know your food will be good with much better quality and service.

stopped by Burger King G recently and was genuinely impressed. The place was spotless floors clean, tables wiped down, and the bathrooms? Absolutely pristine. The staff were exceptionally friendly and quick with my order, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. It's rare to find a fast-food spot that's this well-run. I absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and a clean, welcoming environment!

They are slow and it's ridiculous. Sat in the drive thru line with two vehicles in front of me for over 10 minutes. Maybe if they treated the staff better they would actually get decent workers!!!!!
