Chick-fil-A in Vienna

“The gentleman that took our order could use a little bit of customer service training. I have worked in customer service for 20 plus years and the motto I was taught was smile,greet, ask how many I help you. I don't know if it was his first day but he just stood there. I had to ask him if he was taking orders. He also forgot to get the sweet tea I ordered. I had to ask another employee to get it for me. Also I ordered an 8pc chicken nugget meal and got a 3pc chicken tenders meal instead. This was my first time here. I've heard all this hype about how good the food is and honestly I'm not impressed.“

“The new chicken pimento sandwich is amazing. So sad that it's a limited time offer. The staff was super friendly and helped me adjust my order after I already paid and didn't charge me extra. Definitely would use this location again.“
