Ordered a kids meal with ice cream instead of a toy but got a toy anyway. Drive thru crew walking around with orders confused what car they were going to. Really just a kids meal and can't get it right.
The gentleman that took our order could use a little bit of customer service training. I have worked in customer service for 20 plus years and the motto I was taught was smile,greet, ask how many I help you. I don't know if it was his first day but he just stood there. I had to ask him if he was taking orders. He also forgot to get the sweet tea I ordered. I had to ask another employee to get it for me. Also I ordered an 8pc chicken nugget meal and got a 3pc chicken tenders...
The owner was there and was super great. We were treated respectfully and given plenty of attention.
